Anenih was not even ashame. He was saying trash. Saying Jonathan approve 1.2billion for water project in Ugboha. That d project was unsuccessful because Oshiomole refuse to pay 300million naira. Tony anenih should be ashame of himself for saying that. The money he shared from Dansuki alone for election is it not more than 300million naira? The money he stole as minister of works and as NPA chairman is it not more than 300 million naira? if he truly loves Esan, what stop him from getting 300million naira through any other means to complete the project for d sake of esanland? If we even look deep into d contract, we may even discover that d kick back/ bribe he collected from the contract may even be more than 300 million naira. He is a disgrace. who he epp?Mtchewww!!!

He cannot deceive everybody. You may be a zombie who can easily be deveived by those old esan thieves by thier ethnic hate speech, not everyone is a fool.

PDP went to Esanland on Sarurday 16th July in Uromi for Edo Central campaign flag off. The onojie of Uromi invited other Esan kings to his palace and they prayed for Ize Iyamu. Praying for a candidates is not an endorsement.

I can guarantee you by the time APC Godwin Obasaki go for Edo Central Campaign, d same kings will still pray for Godwin obaseki.

When that is done, i will post it here on dis forum.

I remember when Anenih was a powerhouse in Nigeria,and was fondly referred to as Mr Fix It. But now?he has sadly been relegated to the Politics of Esanland.

How the mighty falls too.

And this same man,with this move by gathering the traditional rulers of most Esanland,has just relegated the Esanland people to the dungeon of irrelevance in Edo State for the next 8 years.

Anenih being a failure is not in contention,but to now drag the entire Esan people with him into the pit of failure,is something that should make all responsible Esan Sons and Daughters fight back.

Number wise,the Esan are irrelevant in the Scheme of things in Edo State anyway. If the APC gets all the Benin,Owan,Etsako and the Akoko Edo Votes,then the election is a wrap.

Oba of Benin as a throne is known for truth. He is clearly stating d fact. Oshiomole open edo people eyes to what good governance means. Oshiomole is not perfect. For sure, Oshiomole enrich himself as a Governor to some extent. But d truth is dat, Edo state was also highly enrished. So edo state sees d wealth he made as an award of his good works. Edo people see it as a bonus given to him base on merit.

Edo people are smart and analytical people. Edo people are not people of hate. Edo people knows very well there is no governor that wont enrich himself to some degree in d current Nigeria with weak institution.

Edo people knowing this, Judge his performance within realistic nigeria context. And in dat context, Oshiomole have done excellently well. Oshiomole is leaving Edo state that is much better than d one he inherited or met

Every sincere non partisan edo men and women will never vote PDP. No normal non partisan edo man will vote Ize Iyamu knowing fully well his sponsors are traditional arm robbers and extreme blood suckers like Igbinedion, anenih and ikimi. ize Iyamu will only share edo money among them. In Edo state, PDP means share the money. Edo people dont considee ize iyamu as a pastor. The only area PDP can win in Edo state is Esanland(Edo central) because most of d strong PDP thieves are concentrated in Esanland. Most of the federal appointment in Edo state under GEJ were from Esanland. And also because PDP has chosen esan man as deputy governor. And also because the esan speaker was removed and replace by a benin woman married to esan man. She see herself as an Esan woman, but PDP politicians are inciting hate by saying being esan by marriage is not a true way to be an esan woman. So PDP is using campaign of hate, marginilation and victim campaign to incite Esan people against oshiomole. But the truth is dat about 40% of esan people dont care or buy the hate messagae because the message is coming from well known thieves from the region. However, Esan central has d lowest voting strenght in Edo state.


Godwin Obaseki will win d election by scoring atleast 60% of d vote because he is not a traditional politician. He is a man of brain. He is a strategist whose focus is industrialization of edo state. Most edo people are aware that edo state APC has lagos vision for edo state. They see d success of lagos as a template. And also Godwin Obaseki the APC candidate is being sponsored by Dangote to a large extent. Dangote is respected as an industrialist who used his closeness to govt for progress of d people. Most edo people are aware of this fact.
Edo people want factories and industries. They believe Godwin Obaseki strong connection with dangote will help in that regard.

I said 'minorities' I never specified Ijaw, Urhobo, Isoko, Itsekhiri - the tribes that sit on oil in the midwest, forget the myth and legends Edos and IUII are not together, they have different interests.

Fyi, Igbos in Delta, Rivers, Imo and Anambra are standing on oil.

To the subject of debate now. Esan left Igodomigodo but came under the rule of Oba Ewuare the Great by virtue of conquest. The Enogies and Odions had traditionally been members of the Bini royal family before the advent of colonialism and independence.

Urhobo Ovies are not dukes and never go to Benin for ANYTHING from Birth till Death except on official's purposes. If it were so, there'd be no shame in saying so. It is a thing of pride to know one's culture! If you keep arguing tribally, it shows you lack the mental acuity for an intellectual debate. Back up your statements with facts.

Whatever you mean by "your cousin from warri"! I guess you are referring to Itsekiris. Mind you, Itsekiris are not Urhobos nor are they remotely related to Urhobos by any means. Urhobos left Igodomigodo during the time of the Ogisos, the sky rulers, before Ekalederhan exiled himself and Oranmiyan came and named Igodomigodo Ubinu which later became Benin. This preceded the reign of Oba Ewuare the Great who formed the Benin empire and conquered surrounding towns and cities going as far west as Lagos! Esan left too so what is your point? Your ovie (dukes) still have to come to oba for cultural things. Esans dont go to Benin kingdom anything. Your cousin from warri could not appoint a king without involving the benin kingdom


Urhobos were primarily in Udo before they migrated due to tussles and rifts. However, Urhobos were never under the Benin empire whatsoever. We had no representatives from the Oba and we sent none. However, we revered and feared his power and eminence. We respected his throne but WE WERE NEVER UNDER HIM!

Please read up more about your people. It is truly worrisome when all we know about our tribe is what we hear or what we have grown accustomed to. There are many academic books on Esan culture, language and literature that you'd find scintillating. I'll give you a reading list if you are interested.
