3. Learn to be silent on some rants l can fully defend myself from.

4. Try to behave like a stranger so that nobody can really tell what's going on in my mind.

Try to act like a stranger so that no one knows what is going on with you, sense won't kill you.

As 2023 Is Rounding Off, What Are The Top Six Things You Have to Stop Doing In Your Life?

1. I stopped expecting much from people around me four years ago. I know I have to do all things myself, waiting for someone who will help with my challenge is a waste of time. When I begin to pick things up from the spirit, solutions are made easy.

2. I stopped using body lotion two years ago. ( I use coconut lotion and this stands out for me )

3. I stopped 🚫 wasting my energy on argument, gossip, comparison, and jealousy. ( I brand myself properly and the competition stays irrelevant)

4. I stopped connecting with selfish, toxic, and negative people. This right here is magical.

5. I stopped not taking care of myself the more. ( I love myself more these days ).

6. I stopped worrying about what might happen ( I let go and ride with the flow)

In addition, I stopped overthinking and also stopped worrying about my finances.

Happy Reading 🀝🏼
-
And I hope you are giving yourself the unconditional love you deserve πŸ’ž

8. I stopped eating Mama Put, I preferred home-cooked meals the more

9. As a bachelor I stopped looking for ladies but rather mingled.

10. A year ago I learned how to speak Portuguese and German πŸ‡©πŸ‡ͺ

Guys, would you believe I got just the same mgs?

This would not have fallen for it until it got to that point of asking to pay a certain amount of money. These scammers can be sometimes ingenious you know with the way they draft their crime portfolios.

But thanks to naira land anyway and however, a detailed CAC and address was incited on the information sent to me. These guys can be awful.

Russia was destroyed in the second world war, and the oligarchy completely robbed the country blind in the 1990s, yet the country can still be productive and developed. I have seen war zone in Syria and Palestine that are between many towns and cities in Nigeria.

You can't compare Vietnam with Nigeria today. Vietnam was bombed during the stone age between 1955 to 1975 yet today Vietnam is on the cusp of being a developed country with 75,000 MW of electricity installed.

Nigerians are just backward and ignorant.

The problem in Nigeria is not bad governance. It is the people who are the real problem. The politicians are only using them for self-accomplishment and the way the system is designed also contributes to sufficient mal administration.

Nigeria is certainly lagging and should be doing a lot better in. many areas.

But some of the countries people are quick to compare Nigeria with have more than 300-year headstart over Nigeria.

Comparison is good, but we also have to be realistic.

Today, the pace of change is so fast that I now fear many developing countries may not be able to change fast enough to satisfy their populace. The first movers - Western, and some Asian countries - are so far ahead, I don't know how African countries will catch up. The world system, including globalisation, is also not in our favour.

Egypt is struggling badly. South Africa has not progressed much economically. Ghana is in its throes. Most African countries are basket cases.

These days, the more I look at the world in my private moments, the more I fear we may never catch up with the current successful countries in the world. At least not for many generations.

Our systems and our mindset as a people are far removed from what they need to be.

I seconded you, my guy. I feel pained like how did we get here or how are we gonna get out? We are trapped In an underdeveloped world where nothing inspiring is happening. Nation-building is now rocket science to Nigerian leaders or we say it is a deliberate style of leadership to perpetually sabotage and keep the progress of the nation on the floor.

If inec can spend over 300 billion on elections which resulted in this show of ridiculousness then we need to check the system. I am not even about the candidates vying for the presidential positions. but how the Nigerian system is designed.

Can't you see that the system is designed to fail since 1990 the structure is so wobbling that it will always provide inaccurate administrations. If you invest anything new in such a system it will fail woefully such is the case for Nigeria

However, the problems of Nigerians are Nigeria, and no country has ever prospered either without a great leader or a popular revolt

I seconded you, perhaps is this an architectural achievement within the last 10 years?, I'm not surprised by his show of statesmanship, my foot.

That project you see there, when budgeted can provide power for kano state and neighbouring counterparts when it is well utilised.

Come back to see that same fly over in 4 years you will cry "Holy moses "

donpata:
KANO and flyovers. You would think the people eat them. Most Nigerian politicians don't know what long term plan is. They want projects they can easily showcase either to earn them a second term or to provide them an instrument for popularity propaganda. Besides, these capital gulping projects are the sure way of getting more dollars to be put in babanriga.

Ask Ganduje his 5yr plan for eradication of the current system of almajiranchi, and I bet u there's none. Well, the amount of keke in Kano seems to be more than the population sef. Maybe that's why they feel it's important to build these funds consuming projects. Last last though, it may just be a competition - Kwankwaso vs Ganduje with almost zero interest in human capital development.

The fall of the Naira did not just happen overnight When Naira was stronger was when we had:

1. Peugeot Automobile Nigeria.

2. Volkswagen Nigeria.

3. Dunlop Nigeria Ltd.

4. Michellin Nigeria

5. BATA.

6. LENNARDS.

7. Nigerian Airways.

8. Steel Rolling Mill, Osogbo.

9. Steel Rolling Mill, Ajaokuta

10. Arewa Textile Mill.

11. BEREC Battery.

12. ANAMCO

13. General Motors.

14. Kingsway.

15 A.G. Leventis

16 Bhojson's

17. IBM

18. IICC.

19. RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB.

20. etc

Free fall started when we abandoned,

1. IICC for ARSENAL

2. RANGERS for MAN- U.

3. EYINMBA for LIVERPOOL.

4. NIGERIA AIRWAYS for BA

5. YANKARI for DISNEY LAND.

6. GURARA for ISRAEL.

7. IKOGOSI for UK.

8. PALM WINE for HENESSY.

9. AREWA for SWISS LACE.

10. ARIARIA for ITALIAN SHOES.

11. MAMA PUT for QUILOX.

12. OJA OBA for SHOPRITE.

There is practically nothing on ground in Nigeria to attract the dollar.

Naija brands are sponsoring foreign clubs.

A bottle of Henessy is 110k in Quilox, in V.I.

The voice over of ARIK AIR advert was done by an English man.

And we are growing the NAIRA!

Nigeria, being the 5th largest consumer of Japanese products in the world, do not have an Assembly Plant for Toyota.

We do not have assembly plants for Mercedes Benz, Hyundai, Honda, etc.

Despite the fast growth of broadcasting & ICT in Nigeria, we do not have assembly plants for any of the producers of all electronic appliances such as Samsung, Sony, Nokia, HP, Techno, etc.

Major software development contracts are warehoused from offshore.

Corporate Executives & politicians give more preference to foreign trainings, foreign medical services, foreign food items & foreign dresses.

With the growth in aviation, aircraft maintenance are done offshore.

Most fishing companies have been taken over by the Indian.

Chinese & Indians are leading farmers with GMO & biotechnology across d country while Nigerians are busy selling land.

Whom will you blame if foreigners are now the land owners after all you can't eat your cake & have it.

Hmmmm.....

Don't look elsewhere, check the MIRROR - We are collectively CULPABLE !

Please stop developing other economies at our detriment.

Let us begin to patronise local products and grow the NAIRA !

The time to start is now and now is never late.

..A food for thought. Let us be wise. cry

Politics / Re: Tinubu Releases Manifestos, Tags It "Renewed Hope" by martinmiller: 2:23pm On Oct 21, 2022
NwaMamaIwota:
all of a sudden Nigeria will need a man like Tinubu to fix Buhari's mess.
all of a sudden after 7 years they've now realised that Buhari's government is now a failure since campaigning for continuity of their party's failure means mocking Nigeria.
all of a sudden buhari is no longer the best thing to happen to Nigeria after cat fish pepper soup.
all of a sudden they're now Buhari's critics just to project and tested failure within the same party.
because how will they explain to Nigerians that their party is the cause of their problems.
how can they explain to Nigerian youths sitting at home that their party is the reason they're rotting at home when they're supposed to be in the school.
how will they explain to Nigerians that their party is the cause of ravaging insecurities we found ourselves today and that their presidential candidate will be recruiting 50 million youths into the army to feed them agbado and cassava.
how can they explain to Nigerians that their party has failed them in every aspects.

of course they have no explanation for all these hence their only hope is to go tribal and play their usual old tribalism and tribal card tactics.
but you as a citizen of this country ask yourself this question.
will tribalism better our economy to at least prior to 2015?
will tribalism end insecurity and make everyone safe?
will tribalism send our children back to school and equip our schools.
will tribalism make life better for an average citizen?

so after pushing for a failure to be President what next?
when the suffering comes will it select other tribe and leave yours?
today all Nigerians are suffering but Buhari got the highest votes from the North.

dear fellow citizens it's time to look into these people's eyes and tell them to go to hell with their division tactics.
at a point all major tribes never believed in Nigeria but today they made it look like they love Nigeria most but keep presenting bad leaders ruining this country.
it's time to say enough is enough.

THE YOUTHS ARE COMING!

Factually, there shouldn't be an election come 2023. The Nigeria growth is not healthy and in comatose, what is the take home from that epistle or written information above by Bola, it doesn't mean a dam perhaps, not practicable. Thesame Bola forced buhari on Nigeria early 2015, if Nigerians weren't gullible they shouldn't have voted in buhari in 2015.

Telling the Nigeria citizens that you will further enhance buhari legacy is a total turn off and a shame in face of the Nigeria citizens.

I trust no politicians, and I don't have f** ks to give bout any out of them all, besides I'm not a politician but I have political sense. Are Nigerians expecting a miracle come 2023?, they shouldn't, why? Because nothing new will emerge, the problem of Nigeria is foundational and until the root cause is holistically dealt with only then we can expect light. Never more, if you wanna solve a problem you need to understand the causes of the problems before outlining the solution.

Look, I'm from the late 90s and I know what I'm telling, Bola and is competitor's have being talking and that is all they can do, whatever they be saying Including that of their principal since 1999 is not practicable in reality, they only makie nation building look like rocket science, who doesn't know that it is a deliberate attempt by the government to keep Nigeria on the floor.

Even a toddler knows that this led administration and his sister's in politics are all colossal failures at leading the country through a progressive path, left to me I don't have a candidate yet, I have read through some of their manifesto, yet is filled with blurry vision express in paper.

No country as ever prospered either without a great leader or a popular revolt, besides the problems of Nigeria are Nigerians. I drop me pen cry

It is not strange that life seems un fair, it happens to everyone. Life is not meant to be bed of roses but if you are on the right part of life you will enjoy life, normalise your life frequency or tune to your life numbers then you begin to enjoy all that has been made available for you. However, stop wasting time thinking or trynna understand what is life?, you will be wasting time, why?, because you will never understand life until you know and read οΏ½ the life manual or life constitution..

One tin i noticed about this wicked life is that life is like a woman..

...tho not always sha, but...

The more u try to please her the more she take advantage of u.

Those who follow the good protocol of life are most of the time the victims of life circumstances, why those who doesn't give a Bleep are feared by life and life gives them what they want in fears.

The good men who doesn't womanise out there are ending up with oloshoes and hooked up girls while those who have rendered many girls life useless ended up with virgins.

Those fathers who care less about their families are always somewhere smoking, drinking, womanising and partying..the funny thing is that they live longer than the regular fathers who is trying to provide for their family thru thick and tin. Those one no dey tey before dem kpain.

Those politicians who meant good for the masses are either killed, decimated, frustrated, or not noticed, they are never given the chance they need but u see those wicked DJs who does not give a Bleep are always the evergreen figures.

Those who doesn't care how money are made are always in money while those who are always careful to do shady stuff are wallowing in penury, from hand to mouth every day embarassed embarassed

Those who went out with first class are always bn deceived by office work, office ladened with condenser, freezer, AC, office assistants and all, after ten years they won't be able to fork out ten million naira from their pockets while those who graduated with seventh-class already knew that an enclosure(office) is not meant for them, they hit the streets and before three years they have already started controlling goods of 20million naira or more..don't be surprised they are always walking around with three-quarters and bathroom sleepers

Girls who have turned to community service providers are always ended up with a novice men who doesn't even know what it takes to handle a woman while those who are our monumental nuns are ending up with broloshoes...

Money will see those who are hardworking e no go do like say hin see them, but Wen he sees those who know how to lavish it, it would be running upandan just to be in their pockets..

Abeg wetin dey sup na... No be like this e suppose be na embarassed embarassed

cheesy cheesy left to me I don't see anything wrong with the woman's approach, infact I like her gut and maturity.

This younger generations will never do or say such a thing to a man. However, the guy is a toddler for putting it on social media, it beats me really. It is off point doing that. He should stop feeling like a demigod. Since she expressed ha love ❀ to you, it is now left to you to decipher her reasons for falling in love with you and if you are okay with it fine, if you are not you know what to do instead of crying foul on social media like a baby.

Further forward, my present side chick expressed are love to me, in all honesty I celebrated her guts and reasons for such move, perhaps its no new to me and its not the first time happening why?, if you can do that as a woman, tells that you are mature, bold and have enough guts, I don't see them cheap coz it can happen to anyone.
