If its a tablet one,u can grind and mix with puppys favourite food but if its the one in injection,I advice a Vet does this.Info below should help

I support Nam suggestion but if u live in a place fa from a vet office.Go to a store nd get antibiotics after cleaning up the sore hole with dettol.The hole will close up after some few days.Goodluck!

It is caused by an infection...Try this:put palmoil over the infected place nd wait till it turns white.Now press,a maggot like thingy will pop out.Repeat till none is left
