My concern is what if I help you by buying a used one here in Abuja, send it to you, you mount it and it refused to work. What will happen? You will return it to me to get you another omw or refund your money, right? That's what I am not comfortable with . You can't know how good an MFD is until you mount it in the lion. And I am not ready for that stress that goes with returning and resending stuff. I hop you understand. Good morning.

Hi Ikenna, I have looked everywhere in Ibadan for the MFD but can't find it. Please can u be of help in buying it? Sending it down to Ibadan? I would appreciate it. Please can we arrange this? Cheers!

It sounds like the MFD (Multifunction Display) is faulty. Replace it with another. Cost about 2k. Heat seems to be the killer of the MFD.

uote author=Dennyzgenius post=27360298]If You Were Born Today, October 21:You are progressive and possess much dynamism and enthusiasm. Your life is characterized by emotional ups and downs, and you are a sensitive person who picks up much--perhaps too much--from your environment. At times you feel overloaded, but your will is strong and you are extremely resilient. In fact, you can be greatly stubborn at times! Highly magnetic, your communication skills are notable. You could be a natural teacher. Famous people born today: Carrie Fisher, Patti Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Kim Kardashian.
If You Were Born Today, October 22:Although you are personally magnetic, you have a manner that is slightly intimidating to others, making you a little hard to get close to. You give off the subtle impression that perhaps you don't really need new people in your life. You do, although you tend to be somewhat selective when it comes to your social life, simply because your work is extremely important to you and you value your time. There is a no-nonsense directness about you that inspires trust in others. You give the impression of solidity, strength of character, dependability and honesty. Although you are an idealist and visionary, you still manage to keep your feet on the ground. You don't seem capable of doing things halfway, and that includes your relationships. You are quite focused on achieving in life. Famous people born today: Jeff Goldblum, Catherine Deneuve, Deepak Chopra, Christopher Lloyd, Franz Liszt, Annette Funicello, Carlos Mencia, Bob Odenkirk.
If You Were Born Today, October 23:You are a persuasive, interesting, and clever person. There is a mischievous playfulness about you, and you like to poke fun at more serious or pompous individuals. You have much magnetic appeal, with both sexes. You are fiercely protective of those you love, as well as passionate and highly perceptive. You are one of the most observant people around, and your understanding of human nature belies your years in age. You don't miss much that's going around you! Your wit is sharp, yet you are sensitive to the feelings of people you hold dear. Famous people born today: Johnny Carson, Bob Montana, Dwight Yoakam, Weird Al Yankovich, Chi Chi Rodriguez, Ryan Reynolds.
If You Were Born Today, October 24:Although you don't intend to be, there is something mysterious about you that adds fuel to your considerable, yet quiet, personal magnetism. Your will is quite strong, and you easily hone in on what motivates people. A natural born psychologist, you readily pick up on what makes people "tick". You are not a combative sort, unless you absolutely have to be. You have a strong sense of the "here and now" and where you are in life. Your sense of direction is also remarkable. Your intuition is powerful, and your dedication to the people you love is notable. Impulsiveness is a trait that you may need to tame. Thanks Ikenna, will try that out. However; my fox is a prestige but I've changed the key set once, 2 yrs ago. It originally came with a 3 or 4 button key.

uote author=Ikenna351 post=27788441]

Then, your fox is not Prestige.

Anyway. Go into the car, close the door, insert the key in ignition switch, switch on the ignition, wait for 5 secs, then press and hold the button on the remote for 3 secs, release the button, wait for 5 secs, switch off the ignition switch, remove the key from ignition switch, wait for 5-10 secs, press the remote button. The remote should start working again.

Thanks Ikenna,
Can the MFD be purchased at any Peugeot parts dealer? Is there a common name for it? As I don't want them to give me the wrong thing. Also; is it just a component? I would appreciate a picture of it pls. Thanks a million.

Hi IK,
I stumbled upon this thread and am so loving it. I have a 406 prestige and it has never given me a tough problem as she drives and is very responsive. However; the dashboard LCD display does not work as it just illuminates the orange light, but won't display any information. What could be the cause of this? I really would love to fix this issue. Thank you!

India visa is easy to get even with (non-appearance). However; u will need a yellow fever vacine certificate (yellow card). They usually give 6 months multiple entry visas.
Travel / Re: Nigerians Living In Nepal How Did You Secure Your Travelling Visa? by masaratiti(m): 8:06pm On Feb 23, 2013
I have been to Nepal on tourism and was there for 6months. However; to get to Nepal, u have to secure an India visa at lagos, fly Ethopia Airline to Mumbai (stops over at Addis Ababa), then go by train(cheaper) to New Delhi. From New Delhi, make enquiries from tour offices (there are hundreds of then on d high street) about going to Nepal. I went by bus, though it was farther but also cheaper (about $30). At d Nepali border; u will certainly get issued a tourist visa to enter Nepal, valid for 6 months. Then d same bus will take u straight into Kathmandu.
