dchem: No regret mail was sent to the best of my knowledge. I think we should all move on for now because even though there were feelers that the current tsunami was coming no one truly knew the magnitude. NLNG is still in the business to make profit every other thing is secondary and as such I understand their ordeal. Mine is regret mail bros |

tk4rd: Calling on somebody to repeat what he said earlier (which I didn't hear) is not discrimination.. Would you prefer you assume you heard what he said, and then, answer the wrong thing.?? I didn't sound discriminating in my post.. But as for accent, the guy's accent was really noticeable.. Sorry to say that., but it was just an observation. Sharing the challenges u faced and how u cope with them its a good idea in team work but mentioning the tribe, religiou, gender as the source of the challenges in public that is where the issue of discrimination come in. Thanks for understanding. |

how did you cope? Cos in all honesty I struggled to hear him. Really struggled tk4rd: I repeated "come again" and "pardon.?" for more than eight times.. He had to repeat each time. In our working environment (NLNG), Act of Discrimination is apply so that be WARNED! Otherwise..... We treats everyone equally regardless of ur gender, religion, tribe, region, or race otherwise u will face disciplinary action. |

spacyzuma: Now that CBN has devalued the Naira...and with the likely posibility for worldwide oil prices to drop...
Can anyone explain how this will affect NLNG and the recruitment? Devalued Naira in world currency market will rise profit in NLNG business because of the following reasons; 1. Cost of labour is in Naira 2. 70% of cost of production is in Naira. And 3. 90% of LNG revenue are in USD or $ Plz Someone can help with correction, suggestion or additional information in my statement. |

In advanced countries and some multinational company conduct their recruitment in span of two days. first day known as AC included Face to face interview, brainstorming, Aptitude test, and case study study/presentation. second day to release the result of AC , medical check up and final result. the benefit of this method is to save cost and time for the both parties.
I pray one day Nigeria will pratices this new method. |
