I visited and stay in Russia in months, I have some practical understanding of the country. Have visited Russia before? Answer this question, then I will continue.

Lies, Russia said they won't invade Ukraine but they lied. Do you know Ukraine lost its 5000 nuclear weapons? Because Russia promised them thier sovereignty and not to invade. Russia doctrine is built on lies. Ukraine president agree to peace talks. Russia too agrees to peace talk due to heavy losses.
