Stop overrating Russia. Russia cannot even stand the EU arm of NATO in a direct confrontation. Whatever Ukraine is getting is a paltry quantity of weapons. Without the US support, EU arm of NATO will still overrun Russia in less than one week. It will simply take men and machinery on ground in Ukraine, Poland and surrounding countries to encircle and crush Russia.

If you have lived in the north, this news will make sense to you. The north is sparsely populated and largely undeveloped. I served in a village where houses and huts were scattered like dots spread on a sheet. We were surrounded by forests and mountains. These mountains had paths. The paths led somewhere. And these paths were not policed. Bikes used these routes as shortcuts to transport you to other towns and cities. I did that trip once. Bro, I never attempted it again. It was scary as shit. Imagine going through forest paths for over an hour unsure of what to expect.

So anytime I hear news like this one, I am not surprised. You have to have lived in the North to be able to understand these reports as well as believe them.
