@ justwise
@ johnwray

thanks a lot for all the concern.
the basic reasons are lack of proof of subsisting relationship
and proof of my sponsor's finance.I was having a solicitor who
was not very knowledgeable,he hasn't got any idea about all the
immigration rules and He even filed my appeal out of time without
any supporting document,He was just after the little money I will
pay him.
I've changed him to someone very must better,who tried to quickly
send necessary supporting document,but unfortunately it was late.
I just wish I can write a letter to the judge to bring back the date.

thanks a lot

@Johnwray

pls,I like to know if it possible to email the ECM to shorten the ECM review time frame ?.I'm in like the 15wks of the 19wks waiting period,that is minus the time I wasted b4 my appeal was allowed to go ahead,I just dey tired of waiting.

@Justwise,Lamosy,Mirabeelz and Supermario ,I Salute oo.

@Betty21,

I'm sorry about the refusal.I think Lamosy is busy parking her bags because She will soon be on her way to the UK insha Allah and Big Boss Justwise is just gathering information for U,He is a very busy Man.
pls,my little contribution,try make sure the lawyer filling the appeal is upto date,knows about the 19wks and additional document as at when U applied.Ur Hubby should includes His P60,Tax returns of Previous years,a letter from His accountant and letter from HMRC to confirm He is self employed in the appeal,all these will negate the need for payslips.
Pls,@Justwise ,@Lamosy and @Johnwary,abeg add to this.

@ Justwise
@ lamosy

thanx alot for the kind words.
the reason for my refusal are subsisting relationship and my sponsor income not sufficient.I wished I had just adhered to all what I read here b4 I summited my application instead of listening to the lawyer that said I should remove some document.
I've addressed the two issued,we married with Kids(subsisting relationship?)and Sponsor is self Employed and application was b4 the new law of 9th july(Sponsor income not Sufficient?).just waiting for the 19wks now.

Morning Justwise and lamosy

Just want to say WELDONE to U two.I am a silent follower of ur post for sometime now.
@ lamosy,I am in a similar situation like U,got refused settlement Visa last year August.employed the service of a lawyer to handle my appeal,I never knew He is not up to date,He didn't know about the 19wks rules,he didn't know about the supporting document to support my appeal and the worst He summited my appeal late(out of time) and It took the Grace of God Almighty for my appeal to be reconsidered to still go ahead.
I am looking at 1st week of June for my 19 weeks to lapse.I dey wish pple in similar situation God Favour and to U Lamosy,Thanx alot for all ur write up.U always lift my spirit whenever I read Ur post.
