A businessman in Japan has unveiled a hotel run by robots, insisting the move is not a gimmick but a serious attempt at reducing costs. Henn na Hotel, as it is called in Japanese, was shown to reporters on Wednesday, complete with robot demonstrations, ahead of its opening to the public on Friday. Hideo Sawada, who runs the hotel as part of an amusement park, said the move to use robots was aimed at utilising technology and achieving efficiency. The ‘staff’ include a dinosaur-shaped receptionist robot that speaks in English, and the one that speaks Japanese, shaped like a woman with blinking lashes. The visitor still has to punch a button on the desk, and type in information on a touch panel screen. Another feature of the hotel is the use of facial recognition technology, instead of the standard electronic keys, by registering the digital image of the guest’s face during check-in. Staying at Henn na Hotel starts at $80, a low price in Japan, where a stay in one of the nicer hotels can easily cost twice or three times that much. In the hotel’s rooms, a lamp-size robot in the shape of a fat pink tulip called Tuly answers simple questions like, “What time is it?” and “What is the weather tomorrow?” You can also tell it to turn the room lights on or off. There are no switches on the walls. The hotel still relies on humans for security. |

Please know this; prayer is not only when you kneel down, with your eyes closed that you consider yourself praying. Every thought, word or action we carry out constitute a form of prayer. It could be +ve or -ve. We kneel down and say a word of prayer while our daily lives completely contradict the same prayer...(could this be the reason why it seems our prayers are not been answered). Let me start by stating that the concept of Good and bad exists only in our mind. Nothing is Good nor Bad. It is, only when you say it is....(Topic of another day) first thing first! Know that habit is a function of the WILL and WILL of the mind. An inquisitive mind will now ask, What then is the WILL and HABIT? The WILL is the conscious application of an unconscious impulse. That been said, a habit may then be referred to as the physical or mental impulse that has been unconscious adopted. Hmmm. How? When you voluntarily repeat an act, it constitutes a WILL and becomes a LAW for the mind.This is how habit is formed. Note: Every WILL MUST manifest or get transformed. (Could this be the reason why most religion advocate for prayer recitation).. Thought! Exercise: Endeavour to urinate immediately you wake up whether pressed or not for 7 consecutive day. On the 8th day, the son of man will become pressed immediate after waking. Nature automates every repeated actions by its arm of compensation....share your testimony !! Some readers can not still find the topic so far.. Have I deviated.. Well, everything is related!! Let find how! The LAW of Displacement!!! Th WILL can always be transformed which will in turn transform the habit to Gold if you like. Exercise: Anytime the impulse of the unwanted habit comes knocking, Identify a positive action, moment, idea, personality that you so cherish and occupy your thought with it. If its an action, start doing it. If its subjective, occupy your mind with it. ( I have used +ve and -ve here to affirm my first statement). Do this repetedly , religiously and passionately, a new LAW for your mind will be formed, your will transformed and the wanted Habit transmuted. Nothing is easy, so is this. Unserious attempts may fails but with passionate attempts, a new "YOU" will be moulded. (Nothing is created nor destroyed remember) It works for me, am sure it will work for you if you want. Ignorance is bad. Half Knowledge is the worst.  Nice comments guys. some years back, Thunder as a phenomenon was deified, worshiped, even feared. in our various traditions, we gave it all sorts of names. what of today, we now understand it as a mere natural phenomenon that occurs when a certain condition is maintained. we have even gone to the extent of forecasting its occurrence. The analogy painted above goes to someone who calls something evil just because the knowledge of that something is yet to be known. AMORC is that something. I urge we all to be walking question marks. Unravel the unknown and deepen the knowledge of the known. how else can we better our society. When the soul is ripe for this advanced form of knowledge, the soul will attract it to itself. Its is understandable, if someone in this 21st century still call AMORC evil. AMORC practice KARMA. Any organization that practice KARMA, will always promote best Deeds, words and thought. Guys, lets be the best we can ever be and always promote the most positive thoughts ever. gst101: questions pls. What has the mystical vowel sounds like 'aum', 'ra', 'ma', 'kei' etc got to do with the worship of the most high god? How do i worship god by saying those sounds? I cannot draw a connection at all. From genuine seeker Mystical sounds are not outside the normal sounds we use in music and speech. Esoteric organisations understand the relevance of these sounds and have deviced means on how to make best use of it. Have you asked why yourself why christians and other religions sing before or while praying, majority do this just because they have been told to, not really for the main intention. |

gst101: what brings genius out ofmembers of esoteric orgs. Not even christians, who the bible says will be the head and not the tail, have been able to make remarkable break throughs in science, arts etc. When i look at renowned inventors i do not find scripture quoting christians but i can only see members of one esoteric org or the other. So what makes them stand tall? Beloveth GST101, your observation is well founded, but there is a Genius in every grain of sand. Everybody is a genius, but not everybody is opportuned to explore it. It is one of the many benefits of belonging to an esoteric order. To be a genius, you must learn and understand the higher things of life and not to fear them. |

That things are kept secret, does it mean they are wrong? beloveth, every organisation in the world has secrets that keep them in business. The day they loose this secret, their failure starts. To start with, i am a rosicrucian both in principle and practice. AMORC means the ancient and mystical order rosae crusis. It is a non profitable, non governmental order that is aimed at self developement. Nigeria head quarter is in callabar. It is not a religion but an order of light, life and love. Membership is open to any one that believes in the existence of God, the Divine creator. Secondly, you must know how to read and understand because most of the teachings are dispatched through books called monograph. The teachings are graded and centered on the golden rule 'do unto man that which you do to thine self'. One is free to denounce membership at will. The teachings encompass all aspects of philosophy, sciences, arts, music, mathematics, ethics, to name but a few. Beware of websites that or individuals that may misinform you.
