Guess you don't know what derivation accruing to states is all about hence your ignorant comments. FYI, the whole of Southwest put together minus the 'no-man's-land' allocation is a meager compared to Rivers or Akwa Ibom single allocation. That is why APC are dying to control the states. Running mate to the late APC governorship Candidate in the last Kogi state gubernatorial election, Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, is set to filehis petition before the governorship election petition tribunal Monday, (Tomorrow).Although the tribunal is yet to be constituted, but petitions are already flying in through the tribunalsecretariat located at the state high court headquaters.The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC had on November 22nd declared the November 21st governorship election inconclusive and rescheduled a supplementary election in 18 local government areas in the state,an exercise which had since taken place on the 5th of December.But Faleke, had earlier writen to the leadership of the APC, declining his position as running mate to the governor-elect,Alhaji Yahaya Bello, insisting that he should have been declared governor-elect,since he holds a joint ticket with his late principal, Prince Abubakar Audu in the November 21st governorship election in the state.Faleke, was also said to have distanced self from the supplementary election, as he insisted that INEC should have declared him winner, since he had met all the electoral requirements in the last election.Reacting to some Newspapers publications that the APC leadership has set up disciplinary committee against Hon. Faleke, the Audu/Faleke campaign organisation spokes man, Hon. Duro Meseko, dismissed the publications."I don't want to believe it is true. On what basis would that be? Is it because he declined being running mate to Bello, or is it because we are in court demanding for our mandate? I don't believe the publications. In any case, if it turns out to be true, then let's watch as things unfold ," Meseko added.Meseko, however maintained that Faleke remains a staunch member of the APC and has contributed immensely to the victory of the party in the November 21st governorship election held in Kogi state.
