Hi guys, the ECO was concerned about the POF and requested that the MA (coming on tier 4) should supply what's the person has been doing since graduation in 2018. The issue is the MA, went for NYSC, and later got admission for an MSc but with covid and later ASUU strike, the programme has been prolonged. The sponsor works in the UK and sent in the money that was used for POF. The question is, how should this proof be provided?

To get your information well he's being sponsored by someone from UK, is the person his father or mother or spouse? Did they provide letter of consent to use such SOA.
To digress thus if the MA is using own SOA, how did he manage to acquire such huge amount without working, owning own business paying tax, investments stock maturity, fixed deposit. He should be able to defend the funds nah..
If MA keep mute, risk ban 10years cos this is sensitive of MA funding and risk forfeiting deposited money to school.

You can apply alone whilst tour dependant can join you later using your approval and consent letter. During your online application you must include someone is going to join you as a dependant but they are traveling separately. In that case, they can apply on there own using your consent letter if issued a vignette. That being said POF must be sitting in your account whilst in the UK and it should also show that its readily available for your upkeep, dependant and any other thing is deceitful and can carry heavy penalty by revoking your study permit and get you fish out by immigration boarder security.

Yes cas will be issued. You should have contacted the bank to help fund you and your dependant will pay the interest. That would have saved time

Like d previous user said, work on your personal Statement, and CV. That's where u will need to sell yourself. Apply Postgraduate diploma, You can apply with this schools

Your academic calended pls. There are unis that give offer Nov/Dec some May/Sept so all depends on your choice of uni. But it must be 2023 session ooo...

I just got a conditional offer from Teesside University for September intake and I'm expected to pay a deposit of 5000pounds deadline 20th July,

Pre-Cas check, maintenance check, and results verification deadline 5th August

Issuing of CAS deadline 30th August

And school is starting 4th September

I'm totally confused if I'll be able to meet up.

Or should I just forfeit it?

You need to get unconditional offer, all depends on your school thou and the conditions outstanding also that being said,
It depends in your payment method. If you are using formA which is now abolished by International schools, you may have to consider other options next year, as I know if you are making it through transfermate or flywire using your credit card you can have a chance of being on sailing ship. Your school deadlines seems to be quiet far than anyone else on these platform as I have heard. Btw meet up with your school fees and ace your precas interview, upload your matured pof 28days should be counting by now I presume, and then get your cas to apply for your visa latest first week of August and it should be priority.

My question is, will the law apply if they get the admission on time and apply for visa by November/December?

Based on the info I got from zoom webinar about few hrs ago, the required rate because the fx fluctuations is 1500/2000 so as to be on the safer side. Otherwise you can open a domiciliary account and convert your pof in pounds which is the domicile currency used in UK. It doesn't matter if you run transactions on the said account provided your balance meets the ukvi upkeep for your whole family.

Place pounds over Naira and always check at 1500/2000 per pounds to avoid fluctuations.

For business owners who have gone through this process successfully what documentation was required.

Use your CAC, tax really doesn't count as you are going for studies except if vacation. If hiding under employee, You need to show employment letter, payslips or monthly allowance, investment certificate if unmarried.
