Education / A Facebook User Lost Her Mother And Became An Orphan by Mattizzy(m): 8:14pm On Aug 13, 2019
A Rivers State University, RSU student Elsie Worgor who went viral on social media for appreciating her mother's fish business recently lost her mother yesterday August, 12th 2019.

Elsie who is currently in 200 level studying English language took to facebook on her matriculation day saying “Hello Everyone.
She’s My Mum and Family. Life has thrown us from the
palace to the square, Not all will be bold enough to identify
with their source of Livelihood and Joy.
My Mum sells fish(different kinds), Mum doesnt allow us
(siblings and I) to visit her at the market neither has she
ever told us to come sell with her, She would always say I
don’t want you people to see me suffering Under the rainy
season, Sun and Harmattan season, Mum still sells fish.
What can I really do to repay her love?? Silver nor Gold
won’t be enough. I’m proud of My Mum who sells fish and
has also determined to train her daughter to the higher
institution.
There’s no need to wonder why I did this, Its not about the
flashy cars and Diamond hairs, but the love of knowing your
root, Appreciating the root and Moving forward Happy
Matric Mom.
Happy Matric to Elsie Worgor. ”

Before the incident, She took to facebook, telling people to patronize her and took pictures with her mum in their shop.

Most people would be ashamed or shy to tell people that their mum sells fish but she appreciated her mum because she knows it is what feeds her and her family.

Unfortunately, she had already lost her dad before now which literally makes her an orphan who has other siblings to carter for.

However, the former SUG president, Elvis Gogor has promised to pay her school fees till she graduates. This has put a little smile on her face.

Please I do not know this girl facially, but my heart is broken hearing that she's an orphan. May God help her bear the great loss.

She needs your support please, no matter what you have she will appreciate.

GOD BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY as you put a smile on her face.

Not just data, the self acclaimed import and export gurus and e-book sellers are not left out. A lot of them open whatsapp group after collecting people's money and abandoned it. Some are selling pirated e-books or worst still fictional mouth watering e-books.

My dear, All these can be stopped but NIGERIAN POLICE ARE LAZY.
I'll expatiate on my next post because its painful.

Business / Read Before Doing Business On Nairaland To Avoid Scam by Mattizzy(m): 2:07pm On May 26, 2018
Hello Friends, I'm Matthew. I've been scammed yeah. too much yeah.
When thinking of how best to eradicate scammers and avoid scammers or even prosecute scammers, I think you need to follow these few steps. If the person Refused, Then Avoid you'll surely find someone else to do business with.

How to Know Scammers
- They keep reminding you to make the payment.
- Their WhatsApp number is switched off but they are online.
- They are tell you things you didn't ask for.
More Loading....

What to Avoid
- Do not Rush into a business because you need it so badly. they might scam you.
- If you ask someone of his Nairaland Moniker, Tell him to Comment on a Post mentioning your name, in order to know if he really owns the account.
- Ask for a means of identification. You can tell the person to send his/her id card and even go to the extent of video chat. not seeing your business partner is risky. how do you tell the police? a ghost scammed you.
- Always Check the back accounts they provide if it's the same with all other bank accounts they have.
- They start boasting that they cannot run away with that small money(if you are paying little amount).
- Check if their WhatsApp number is going through, if it's not, Avoid.

THAT'S ALL FOR TODAY.

This Post will be Updated Regularly to Help You Fight Scam on Nairaland and transact perfectly well.

grin Anabell2 I'm so Loving You.

I'm not too rich. I may not be rich but I don't make up stories for money.

In Nigeria it is not possible for you to starve unless you are lazy.

there are lots of roadside jobs like carrying loads, pushing wheelbarrow, hawking, or even applying as a sales boy or girl.

Jobs are Everywhere for people Who didn't go to school.
