This agents prey on the desperation of house seekers to keep inflating prices. Before you say something now, they will tell you cost of building material is now expensive, for a renovated house o. Go and build that same house, not even renovate it in Ekiti state and call it that amount if it is not goats that will be your tenants.

If one person takes d parlour and the other takes the room ,whr dat one go dey pass entre her room imagine 250K for nonsense fee wey no dey get receipts , my landlord just increase my rent from 400 to 500K now for a mini flat � I don tell am say ino fit pay but before u say jack another fellow is even willing to pay 600,imagine a mini flat in lekki phase 1 going for 2.5M ,if nobody is taking them they wil be forced to reduce the price but before the house is completed all d flats is gone
