please i have been unable to create a clockword made recovery for my tecno p9 4.4.2.
I used Mtk droid tools and it worked fine and backed up properly.
but the point at which I have to boot into recovery by selecting boot image i get an error
ERROR :No find KernelGZ

I have googled it and can't find anything.

Try Using Quick Boot. if the result is negative, Re-Install CWM. But this time try and get the particular one for your phone. . .

That's A Touchpad problem, take it to an engineer, before it gets worse.

Naah KingRoot is a Cool App. Just Make sure you have steady data Reception. . . To Know if it's Rooted, When KingRoot is done rooting it, You'd see something similar to the pics below. OR you can download Root Checker.

To be Sincere, I doubt if it will come up again. . . I've heard several cases of this same Model, Crashing all of a sudden, and Neva come up.

But Not to loose hope, try Using different batteries, or you boot into recovery mod and try a hard reset.

If you have flashed CWM on the phone, Just look for another P5, flash CWM on it too and then "BackUp" . then put the person's SDcard on your phone and Restore. . . This Might Work, can't guarantee you anything, but hey ! Wah do you stand to loose.

Just give 'em a try.

First, is by Taking some space from your SD card, and adding it to your RAM.

Second, is through the use of an App. this will actually increase your RAM, in the stead of taking space from your SD card.

You can Look for another Gionee P2 User, If you have CWM on your phone already. Then BackUp on the person's phone with your scarf in the phone. then remove your SdCard and put it on your bricked phone, Boot into Clockwork recovery and Restore..... it should come up now.... but your phone will look exactly like the other person's phone. You can make your changes anyway.

• Root Your Phone.
• Flash ClockWorkmod Recovery on it.
• Boot into Recovery mod, and select BackUp and Restore.
• Then Select BackUp. Wait till the Process is completed. Voila ! Nandroid BackUp Don Show.
PS: Have enough Space on your SD card before starting. I don't mean 700mb space oh, We're talking 1Gb+ dpepnds on your phone though.

***You will find the BackUp file in Sdcard/Clockworkmod/Backup/

You can now safely place it on your system or A flash.

Hmm. . . I doubt if that's the problem. I think there are some Apps (Bloatware) hidden actually consuming your RAM. Now these Apps cannot be deleted ordinarily, unless you're rooted. But If my guess is wrong, Then You'd need a RAM Upgrade, you'll also need root access for that. grin

Oga Mi sir... You sure say na Iroot? Coz that App is known for its ability to root the most stubborn phones of the 21st century. . . Anyways, if you tried it, and it didn't work, I'd Suggest KingRoot.
An Advantage is that the SuperUser (KingUser) of KingRoot is in English. unlike Iroot. Make sure your Network Reception is good, before starting the rooting process, better still Use WiFi. It should Work.
