Hmm. . . for sure success. I wouldn't want to be the one to advise you to download your ROM from an u reliable source.
So I'd suggest you look for someone else using the exact type of your phone, and then flash a custom recovery on it, then make a full backup of the ROM on your SD card.
Then put your SD card back into your own phone, and restore. (Use SP Flash tool to flash the custom recovery).

@MaxGraviton and all. pls where can i get to download the rom of oposson ivo 6655s or any other rom that will be compatible with it. the phone was bricked by 360 anti virus app. since then it only stops at oposson logo when its powered on. i av done all hard reset/wipe and restore, no way.pls how can i resolve the issue

Did you use a custom recovery to hard reset it?
If yes, which of 'em didju use?

Thank for your reply .... The man isn't ready to help he claimed that he only flashed the phone . But I m very sure that something might had went wrong wen he was flashing the phone

Hmm. . . let me comment my reserve.
Anyway, we're not sure of it is a hardware issue (Sim port) or software issue.
Take it to another engineer and hear wah he has to say.
Coz as things are, I can't say exactly what is wrong. Pls I hope you understand.


OR

If you have access to a genuine custom ROM, flash it on your phone, and see if it works. It could be that the ROM he flashed on your phone came with that fault as a bug. (I'm just saying tho')

Okay uninstall the app, then using file manager goto Android>obb or data, and delete every folder related to those apps, then reinstall the app.
Pls let me know how it goes. . .

There are two options. . .
1. Look for someone using the same tecno f8, make sure it is rooted, download ROM manager on it, and make a back up of the ROM on your SD card. . . if you don want ROM manager, you can backup using a custom recovery.

2. Goto ketavoh (read backwards) forum and request for it there. . .

Try this. . .
Goto settings>app manager, then force stop the two apps.
Let me know how it goes. . .

What's the name of your phone again?
meanwhile, Try Uninstalling the app, then using your file manager, delete every other folder that is associated with that app, i.e goto Android>obb/data and locate folders that relate with the app, delete them.
do this both on your SD card and Internal memory

reboot the phone and try installing the app again. . . Pls let me know how it goes too.

It didn't work. I force stopped but can't play music or even get a ring tone on my phone.

Yhu have to hard reset the phone.

MAKE SURE ALL YOUR DOWNLOADED APPS ARE MOVED TO SD CARD.

Turn off your phone,
Hold the volume up + power button together.
The stock recovery should come up.
Then you navigate to factory reset option using the volume down key. And click on it with the power button.
Follow every other prompts untill the process is complete. Then Reboot.

Exactly. But we can't risk having any more ROMs with expensive bugs.
If you can lay hands on any good site to download your ROM the better for you.
I'll also search for it myself.
The phone na Big Man phone nao. E no go hard to see the ROM.
