I had issues while trying to take the test but I mailed them and the person that replied said I should hold on that there is so much traffic on the site, I can take the test before 8am tomorrow morning but I just logged in only to find out that I have written the test and submitted meanwhile I didn't even see questions talk less of attempting the test. I have sent an email to them again hoping to hear from them because I didn't even attempt the test.

Did you considered the spec of your system before downloading the flash player. If your system is a 32 bit system, then you need to download a flash player that will accommodate a 32 bit system which also goes for 64 bit systems.

Secondly, we have adobe flash player for the various windows software. If your window is 7 and below, then download adobe flash player for windows 7 and below. If it windows 8, 10 , and above then you also need to do the needful.

Try this and see the outcome.
