I was in Yamoussoukro in January and I saw The Basilica of (Our Ogaga Lady of Shame) of Yamoussoukro. This is a shame because the maintenance of this building is very expensive, yet some people in Yamoussoukro dont even have electricity or running water. Do you talk French too or english only?
