The money is alleged to come out of the $1.3 billion licence fee paid by Eni and Shell for access to the OPL-245 offshore oilfield located in the southern Niger Delta.

Paid $1.3billion to one abooki for access to the OPL-245 Offshore oilfield located in the Creeks of the SS?

When will my region rise and defend it's territories and properties?

This bring tears to my eyes.
Till today I still find it every hard to understand what these past leaders were thinking when they supported this sham called federalism. A certain region brings everything to the table and some backward parasites somewhere feed off the sweats of others.
Nigeria is a scam.

You are very right. While working in Okitipupa, each time I'm to cross the Ben-Ore highway from Ondo, my heart was always in my mouth
As in ehn.. These people won't understand.
I have never crossed that road all by myself. I either parked at the filling station by the left and begged one of the commuters to hold my hand and help me cross over or I beg someone to help me drive across that road.
It is very risky and scary to me.

Why are you taking the comments personally? Is your name Oré or is your father the local govt chairman of Orè.
I am not taking anything personally, I am only writing senses into heads of imps who have no knowledge of Ore nor the cities in Ondo state but will rush down here to make silly comments because it's Nairaland and they need to post something after booking a space.

First ask yourself what a flyover is for. If you can answer that, you will understand why there is no city or town or village that does not need a flyover.
Stop embarrassing yourself, perhaps you think flyover is same thing as a pedestrian bridge. How could you build a flyover where there is no multi connected busy roads cutting across each other? Fayose once built a fly over in Ekiti state and everyone knows it was a mere waste of resources. The site where the fly over was constructed has no history of congested traffic nor any improper traffic flux and conveyance.
You don't just build flyover where it isn't needed, stop embarrassing your generation.

Aketi is a scammer and a criminal. I was live there yesterday.its a failed project and what you see on pix is not what it's is....I personally have my office by the bridge side.we protested last week when our access wanted to b shutdown by the cranburg engineer..
You have comprehension problem sort of, did you see where the OP reported that the flyover is still under construction? It was a normal supervision, it hasn't be completed nor commissioned yet. Wait till then to pour out your bile.

Which part of Akure do you feel is supposed to have a flyover? huh

Akoko needs a flyover more in my opinion.

Although, God should empower our hard working leaders more, amen. Ee jere loruko Jesu.
Where in Akoko is supposed to have a fly over? Akoko doesn't even a quarter of the streams of traffic Akure is exposed to let alone Ore.
Akoko needs good road networks not fly over, there is no busy road nor multi connected roads in the whole of Akoko.

Ore is still backward I used Zenith bank branch two weeks ago there, the road to to the flyover both sides the one that leads to Akure and ore town are single lane, every where dirty and disorganized hardly see morden structures
Now your ignorance is laughable, have you ever visited a construction site before? Since Aketi started constructing this fly over and some notable roads in Ore, the environs have been made dirty which is very normal.
Anyways, I am not here to banter childish and tribal rants with you. The fly over is applaudable and that is what I'm here to do.
Good bye to you.

You need to travel out and expose yourself to the way things should be. Flyovers help ease the flow of traffic even if it's a small village. It does not matter.
Good to know you have travelled out and this is the best you could come up with.
Akure that has no business whatsoever with congested traffic deserves a fly over but Ore that has the set of busiest roads in the whole of Ondo state doesn't. Mind you, I'm based in Akure and your exposure is quite laughable.

Funny flyover.

All I can see in the picture is a bridge or viaduct above and cutting across the Ore-Benin expressway. grin grin

Flyover is an achievement for all Nigeria governors it's ok..
This very one is an achievement, whosoever tipped him to construct the fly over is the most reasonable person on earth.
Politics › Re: Governor Akeredolu Inspects Ore Flyover Project (PHOTOS) by maynation(f):
This fly over has been long over due.
To cross from ondo road to the road that leads to okitipupa while driving has always been a risk. If you drive this road you will know what I'm saying, it is as scary AF.

kittykollinxx:
Ore has a flyover before Akure. I cant believe it.
You just posted this for posting sake, where in Akure deserves a fly over?? Ore is the only city in the whole of Ondo state that deserves it. Ore is the center of all with the busiest traffic, it connects Lagos road and all other roads leading to every state in Nigeria.
Fly over isn't for beautification.
