With the situation of things, I'll advise anybody DAT wants a room to collect 3br flat and share flatmates. Everybody to his or her room and toilet. A room self con House rent for UI and its environ now is a palaver.agents have spoilt everything. A room self con of 130 or 140k rent now may accrue up to 20% commission and 20% agreement. Yes ma. 3 in a room. Its a big room but if u want ur privacy. U can rent it alone. U pay 230k.
There is also a 3br flat with tiles, water, serene environment. 30naira bike to UI main gate. Asking price is 350k

It's like there are some technical issues the ICT unit have to fix before invoice can be generated
