Uw...more to the explanation orgs nw really don't want to spend but rather save cost and with the population of masters holder outside nw they will rather want to pouch the already experienced and well educated ones into their organisation compared to the training cost incurred and at the end such worker will be pouched away leaving them to start retraining. 3 set of a room self con available close to UI gate: total pay- 95k each. About 200meters to d school gate. N:b no bore hole but their is well. A room self con in a fenced environment along d same axis: 170k total pay. Bed/mattress available, fan. Every thing u need is available in d too m already, just bring ur load and pack in straight. mayorchem:Yes ma. 3 in a room. Its a big room but if u want ur privacy. U can rent it alone. U pay 230k. There is also a 3br flat with tiles, water, serene environment. 30naira bike to UI main gate. Asking price is 350k |

With the situation of things, I'll advise anybody DAT wants a room to collect 3br flat and share flatmates. Everybody to his or her room and toilet. A room self con House rent for UI and its environ now is a palaver.agents have spoilt everything. A room self con of 130 or 140k rent now may accrue up to 20% commission and 20% agreement. So u may end up paying close to 200k for a single room if u are not so lucky. My own 1naira but there are many self cons tho. Near and far to UI. Add me on whatsapp- 08067509450 |

A friend went to a sky bank branch today to pay his tuition fee and he was told they are not aware that payment has started. Secondly, has agronomy department (crop production) started lectures? |

There are cheap hostels in front of UI but some of d rooms have been mismanaged by students. If u think u can handle it or u think ur budget is not above 100k for accommodation. Those ones are 95k and immediately available. Stroll to school and back in 5mins. No water tho but there is a well. If u want an hostel DAT has everything, u just want to pack in with ur load without having to buy matters, fan, rug, cotton, cabinet etc. There are some available in agbowo. Asking price 170k This money dey itch me for body but it is what it is fam. My house rent as undergraduate in unilorin was 50k for a tiled room self con. Nawa |
