kuchikau1: kuchikau1:Nigga you are horrendously stupid and its quite terrific that you obviously lack the ability to keep it to yourself. Your degenerate mentality has obfuscated the little sense you have thereby reducing your mental capacity to the likeliness of a human buffoon. I feel sorry for you. I feel more sorry for the womb that conceived a toad like you. #RespectWomen |
I hope the striker crises gets taken care before the Manchester derby.. The joy of beating a full MCFC squad gives me thrills. |

Mexican Judge Anuar Gonzalez Hemadi has a strange definition of rape . This week, he dismissed rape charges against Diego Cruz, 21 , who allegedly forced 17 - year - old Daphne Fernandez into a car , then sexually assaulted her with three friends . It wasn' t because Hemadi didn' t believe her story. Instead , the judge said Cruz should not be punished because "an incidental touching or handling will not be considered sexual acts , if proof is not presented that it was done to satisfy a sexual desire. " In other words : It doesn' t matter what Cruz did, as long as he didn't enjoy himself. Hemadi also suggested that the victim who testified that she' d been pushed into a black Mercedes , had her cellphone snatched from her hands and struggled while her attackers laughed — was not "defenseless " because she ' d changed places in the car . Hemadi ' s decision in this highly charged case, which has sparked relentless media coverage and big protests across Mexico , seemed to confirm Mexicans worst fears about their justice system : that in this hopelessly corrupt system , the rich can buy their way out of punishment. The girl' s father called the judge' s arguments "abominable , " saying " if this is approved, then any adult can touch a minor and by simply arguing that it wasn't done lasciviously , that he didn' t have any intention to copulate , he ' s going to get off . " The Network for Children ’s Rights in Mexico called Hemadi' s decision " absurd ," writing in a statement that " this ruling represents a serious step backward in the access to justice for girls and adolescent women who are victims of sexual violence , and set a precedent for impunity . Dear Mr. President Muhammadu Buhari, DEMAND FOR A REFERENDUM ON WHETHER NIGERIA SHOULD CONTINUE WITH THE TWO TIER NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OR ONE [1] WHY WE DEMAND A REFERENDUM ON WHETHER WE STILL NEED BOTH THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IN NIGERIA – We have not seen nor spoken to any Nigerian who, in all honesty, wants the National Assembly as it is today, to stay. The common consensus is that the National Assembly as it is today, is a waste of tax- payers money. For example, – Over 80 Billion Naira is spent servicing the lives and luxuries of 109 Nigerian Senators and their over 2,000 aides. – Almost similar amount is spent on the 360 members of the House of Representatives and their retinue of Aides. – No one can categorically say how much the National Assembly budgets each year as it's budget is the most secretive document in Nigeria. – No Nigerian can say that they are satisfied with the way and manner Constituency Projects are not executed across the nation. – The National Assembly as constituted today, is a burden that we are currently bearing to please the mistake of our constitution drafters who desired ‘vast’ representation from all parts of the country. In reality, this can be achieved with lesser number of people in the National Assembly as our experience show that we have never been consulted on any issues as the Law makers represent themselves and not us. – The National Assembly as it's constituted today, is confused as to its primary role of lawmaking. They have mistaken "Oversight Functions for harassing, intimidating and humiliating Public officers and Online Media Practitioners who refuse to dance to their tunes. – The National Assembly has caused Nigeria several deadlocks in governance and passage of important legislation. – It's also known that whatever the Lower House passes, the Upper House confirms. So what's the use and need of having both of them? This has led to the wasting of the time and energy of Nigerians to pass legislation that ordinarily would take shorter time. – Politics and selfish-interests are placed above Nigerians, who sometimes have had to wait years to have IMPORTANT and LIFE- CHANGING legislation passed. [2] OUR DEMAND: Give us a referendum where we as Nigerians, can decide if: [1.] We want to keep this National Assembly as it is now OR Not; [2.] If not, which house should we keep? [a.] the Senate OR [b.] the House Of Represent [3.] We appreciate that a REFERENDUM is an expensive demand particularly at this time of oil glut and economic malaise but it would be worth a huge savings if Nigerians vote to have just one House at the National Assembly. Our demand is in the interest of our nation. We want a streamlined, more efficient, cost effective, better focused National Assembly that will better serve the interests of all Nigerians. Please return power to the people of Nigeria by giving us a referendum. Yours Faithfully, SIGNED People of Nigeria. Reasons for Signing I am signing because the current system of government we are operating in Nigeria today is draining the common wealth of the citizens. We deserve a better deal from this arm of government. In addition, their duty function should be on a part time basis and payment should be calculated ONLY on sittings. I'm signing this petition due to the to much corruption in the red chember. This petition will be delivered to: President Muhammadu Buhari Prof Yemi Osinbajo Abubakar Malami Please visit below link to sign this petition https://www.change.org/p/president-muhammadu-buhari-demand-a-referendum-on-whether-nigeria-should-retain-the-two-houses-of-national-assembly?recruiter=323756666 |
