yes, It's not as rosy as we think. In Nigeria people who do less or nothing get jumbo pay while hardworking guys are getting little. government does care about health services. people working in revenue generating and security agencies are getting jumbo pay with access to illegal funds. look at salary charts of different categories of workers in uk, us etc., you will notice that health workers are top priority. I observe that security agents have access to n95 masks than health workers. I was expecting government will use coronavirus pandemic to reposition our health sector but approach was fire brigade as usual. governors, politicians etc hijacked coronavirus response to enrich themselves setting up isolation and treatment centres while neglecting existing hospitals which have though inadequate facilities to manage some of the complications of covid and underlying illnesses like renal failure, heart diseases, cancers etc.
nigeria is a lost cause. if you think there is hope for Nigeria. you are either being brainwashed by a religious leaders or you are an idiot.
