I wanted to make an order for an E-Currency so I thought to call the customer care number since it was almost late in the evening considering how urgent I needed the funds. So the customer care agent told me to go ahead and make payments. I went ahead and filled the order form on the website. Made payment but it's been 24hrs and my wallet has not been funded. I sent series of messages on Whatsapp yet no response. I have called severally still no one picks up. I wonder what people gain from scamming others in this hard economy. At this point Naira2usd is purely a scam, trade with them at your own peril.

Please can you share some of these sites you guys subscribe to, I'm not really interested in dividend stocks, I just want to get accurate news and know the right stock to buy, that's my main reason of contemplating on paying for seeking alpha premium

My friends an I are on different platforms and we all put in money together ones a year to cover cost for various sites and then share tips with each other. One member has been on seeking alpha since last year. You can also check out dividends stocks for free via moneysense.ca

Look for growth and good dividends paying stocks. You can also register with seeking Alpha (premium) to compare stocks for growth potential and dividends.
As for me I love energy stocks, financial companies, pipeline and biotech companies (food production) companies because of their good dividends, growth potential and I know a lot about these companies.

For mutual funds, I go for a mixture of international index, US index, Canadian index and only go for bonds when interest rate go high (right now avoid foreign bonds)

I follow etf on Twitter
I follow gurus on Instagram
I am on many Telegram stock market group
I compare and contrast
e.g if Twitter analyst are pictching their tent with a particular stock e.g $FGH and Instagram, Telegram groups are also saying same and I come nairaland and see same thing.

I will sit down do my own due diligence and once am convinced I put ALL my money on such stock, then sit down and sip kunu with my sun glasses.

What is your investime horizon? What is your risk appetite?

If you are long term: macroeconomy (renewable energy), givernment policies (cannabis, online gambling), balance sheet (FAANG), quartely reports (Peloton), society needs (microchips),
guidance, P/E ratio, debt equity ratio,

If you are short term, then you would use technical tools (RSI, MACD, SMA or Fibonacci) or gauge market sentiment.

You may also want to speculate as in bet on the future possibilities of the comoany eg Tesla, Plug .
Stay updated with the news but also fall in love with tickers and do your own research. Choose a sector you like and try and read about the less popular comoanies in that sector that the market may not have noticed. e.g if you like fintech, even though the market knows sauqre and paypal, look into companies such as fiserv. If you like renewables look into compnies like GE.

Try to look for rekated industries too. For example if you like EVs, then you may want to look into battery storage companies.

Above all, try and read as much as you can.
