Would appreciate information of how one can appeal on a UK visa refusal based on lack of thorough verification on the part of the Border agency themselves. They claimed the school I got admission from is not accredited. But the school verified their claim from the home office and also sent a copy of their accreditation certificate to show them. Any valuable ideas would be most welcomed. |
How can one appeal on a visa refusal from the UK border agency. Actually was due to inadequate verification on their part. The school really has Accreditation but they claimed it doesn't. Any idea? Would welcome any vital information. |
Femmy, I may not know the shippers as at this moment, cos the whole thing hasn't been initiated yet. The best I think you can do for me is if possible give a list of Shippers that could be reasonably cheap and wouldn't put me in any dire state. My last shipment my cars were taking to 5 star facility and co. And clearing was hell. Kindly forward me some known shippers please. zarahman05@gmail.com |
Who feels it knows it. It's a joy no one can explain. Just give your best care to him and the mom. Takia of them. |
What about clearing a 2007/9 Volkswagen Passat Station Wagon. Please let me Femmy. I have met a lot of bad clearing agents in the past. I understand everyone must "chop" but it should be reasonable, at least. |
This has been a very fascinating issue for me. Please can any constitutional lawyer or any competent nairlalander in the house explain it to me? Because this is something that can be copied by other States' Governors and even the President of the federation and don't give a hoot. So please I need some legal explanation. |
It's not only the State's Govt officials that are engaged in this sort of thing. The visiting States' Governors' convoys go blaring with their sirens as loud as possible when going through Lagos traffic forcing motorist off the road. Gov Fashola should make it a point of duty to let his colleagues in the Governors' forum to know that in Lagos no siren is allowed. If he should go around without it, why then should he allowed those that don't do so much for their people to come and mess him up. His Excellency we are waiting on you. Eko o ni baje o. Ko baje ti. |
Fashola hasn't done anything according to you and may be your sponsors. But his colleague/s (Gov Babangida Aliu) in the Governors league have commended him and some are even trying to emulate him. So what are we talking about? I believe if we compare his tenure and those of his predecessors, there is a lot more difference. I really don't know where you are coming from or going to. But let's give him what's due him and than kill him. So let's be patient. Rome; they say wasn't built in a day. My compliments. |
People should stop fooling themselves. Whether the suicide bomber was a foreigner or not, doesn't matter. It happened on Nigerian soil. Shikena. Take it or leave. |
The police have foiled an attempt by a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) to kill the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Hafiz Ringim, through planting charms in his cars or bombing him. The DSP, Musa Agbu, of the Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad, Lagos and formerly an orderly to CP James Dambaba, now in detention and facing trial, is being interrogated by the IGP Monitoring Unit on how he planned to carry out the dastardly act. According to informed police sources, the DSP had contacted a marabout on how to prepare charms for him to paralyse and kill the IGP for denying him to be the ADC to the newly-elected Nasarawa State governor, Alhaji Tanko Al-Makura. The source disclosed that the officer was angered by the refusal of IGP to appoint him the governor’s ADC, instead, he chose his former security officer, ASP Jamilu Ringim, to be the ADC to Al-Makura. Events started unfolding when DSP Musa contracted the marabout to pray and make charms so that Al-Makura will win the election and become the next governor of Nasarawa State. The source revealed that after the election and Al-Makura was declared winner, DSP Musa started preparing on how to move to Nasarawa State as the ADC. The source said that to his utter surprise and dismay, the IGP picked ASP Ringim to become the ADC and subsequently started to hatch his evil plans. He was alleged to have consulted another marabout to prepare a charm to kill the IGP through motor accident with his car or be paralysed. However, he was not lucky as the marabout contacted a police undercover agent, who subsequently reported to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, who then ordered them to play along with DSP Musa. The plan was to be hatched by planting one charm in the governor’s route so that he will be involved in an accident and the ADC will die and the governor will survive. http://tribune.com.ng/sat/index.php/news/4313-police-foil-attempt-by-dcp-to-kill-ig-govs-adc.html |
Although one shouldn't judge now, but all said and done, the EFCC wouldn't have bothered to go this length if he wasn't suspected of embezzling the said amount. Now the question that comes to mind is, for how long would this great nation be looking for credible leaders when the ones being groomed are the old self of the previous leaders? It's really unfortunate to say the least. With 150 million people yet just one man is so difficult to find. May God help Nigeria. |
The nations whose pattern of Democracy we are steadfastly copying don't have anything as such. For instance when Bill Clinton was the president of America, Mrs Clinton was not seen the way our leaders' wives are seen. Even Tony Blair's wife was still going to court as a judge. So left to me, it will be better that unconstitutional office of 1st lady be desecrated forthwith as it serves no good other than gossiping and stealing money. Imagine they being addressed as Her Excellencies. Even those of Agberos who later became LGA chairmen's wives are addressed as such. Some of them cannot even speak simple english. Rubbish. So let the office gooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
