DomPerignon: The ongoing APC primaries has served Giringorists aka the disobidients a heavy wake-dah-fck-up cup of coffee
Most notably is that of the Delta North Senatorial primaries that saw Regina's former sugar daddy husband lose woefully to Okowa .
Obidients are no longer insisting and threatening civil war if their candidate is not announced yesterday and Tinubu thrown in a dungeon, but are now hoping on possibilities that are seeing their odds falling by the day.
Prior, Giringorists had this line of saying:
"Peter Obi will be your President whether you like it or not".
This inspired me to create a counter meme with a thread here declaring the very opposite that:
"Peter Obi will never EVER be President of Nigeria".
With his free ticket secured, Giringori has sacrificed his already dwindling grassroot support that he transferred from LP to the ADC .
None of those foot soldiers decamped with him and NDC is now postponing deadlines for their forms because outside Isolo constituency and in parts of Abuja, no one is buying their forms.
Giringori has sacrificed grassroot support in place of a convenient dead on arrival free ticket.
Even staunch Giringorists are now using "if" in place of "will" in promoting their candidate.

DomPerignon: Osun's annual cocoa production dwarfs your entire SE economy.
Oyo has a bigger economy than the entire SE
Don't even try to compare with Ogun.
The only SW state that is comparable to Anambra is Ekiti and all indices given population density and availability of land plus available solid minerals that are yet to be exploited, Ekiti still beats your entire SE.
The only viable state in the SE is Enugu owing to land availability, natural gas deposits.
The rest of the SE is a net negative overcrowded shetle I really don't know what you find interesting in lying.

Politics › Re: SW Is The Most Heavily Indebted Geopolitical Zone In Nigeria by Mbanda(m): 4:59pm On May 24 |
DomPerignon: Are they not repaying their loans?
The reason SE is low on the table is because they don't generate enough money to get as much loans.
If as a salary earner, you earn 20 times above minimum wage, you can borrow more against your earnings than some one on minimum wage.
This your table has nothing to do with accountability on the part of your SE governors but just shows how poor the states they govern are. Apart from Lagos which other SW state do you think generates money more than other states in Nigeria? And don't forget that the money that lagos is generating is, as a result of the seaport there. And Nigerian government made it so by refusing to create other viable seaports in SE and SS. |

Politics › Re: Inibehe Effiong Questions Nigerians Still Backing Tinubu Despite Hardship by Mbanda(m): 6:45pm On May 23 |
sweetsandy4luv: Inibehe Effiong Questions Nigerians over Tinubu style of leadership, spark serious reactions online as the human rights lawyer says those still supporting President Bola Tinubu despite rising hardship, insecurity, and economic challenges are the real problem.
Barrister Inibehe Effiong is trending online again after calling out Nigerians who still defend President Bola Tinubu even with the current hardship in the country.
The lawyer made the comments in a post that quickly started making rounds on X and Facebook.
According to him, the painful part of Nigeria’s politics is that everybody suffers whenever leadership fails, including the same people defending the government every day online.
“When kidnappers invade communities and schools, they do not separate Tinubu/APC supporters from those who are against the regime,” he wrote.
He also questioned why many Nigerians still support the government even with the complaints about insecurity, hunger, and the economy.
People don’t really see Inibehe as somebody that waits for permission before speaking. Back during the EndSARS protests, his name was always flying around online because he kept speaking on what protesters were facing and criticizing how the government handled the situation. That period was really when many Nigerians started noticing him more.
Since then, he has stayed active online, especially anytime politics starts causing arguments on social media.
A big reason people are reacting to what he said is because many Nigerians are already angry and exhausted about the situation of things in the country. Prices of food have gone up badly, transport money is stressing people daily, and insecurity is still something many families complain about almost every day. That is why some people agreed with him immediately.
Some users online said Nigerians are simply tired and angry about the situation of things. Others said the hardship in the country has become too obvious for anybody to ignore.
Still, not everybody agreed with him.
Some people felt he was talking like the government has completely failed already, while others said Tinubu has not even spent enough time in office yet for people to write him off like that. Inibehe Effiong Questions
There were also Nigerians who felt the whole political space online has become too toxic lately because both supporters and critics insult each other almost every day.
But the post kept spreading anyway because the issues he mentioned are things many Nigerians already complain about daily — hardship, insecurity, and the general frustration people feel about the country right now.
For now, reactions remain divided. While some Nigerians praised Inibehe for saying what many people are thinking, others believe constant criticism without solutions will not change anything.

Counterigbolies: Good morning all
I have noticed something about these our so called obidient brothers, they will always tell us what obi will do as president but they will never campaign with what he did when he had a smaller job.
The most annoying thing is that majority of all presidential aspirants have held one position or the other before aspiring to be president
Atiku was VP and he campaigned with what he did while in office which many people attest to.
Amaechi held several positions and he will always refer you to his achievement while in office
For Tinubu case, video evidences are there and we all can see how his so called opposition praised him then, despite dispute with obj then tinubu still had legacy projects we all can attest to today.
The question is that why is obi supporters always telling us what he will do when he gets there and not what he did when he held a smaller position?
It's annoying when you remind them that he was once a governor for 8 years and had woeful records that his people cursed him and even protested when he won second term.
When you remind them that he didn't do anything in 8 years in tiny Anambra, they start telling you about Alex otti, is Alex otti and obi the same thing?
Will Alex otti be the one ruling if obi becomes president?
Peter obi keeps talking about Bangladesh, Argentina and co, the question is did peter obi rule those countries?
Why not campaign with your own doings in office? I've been meaning to ask the same question. Why is it that tinibu and his bulabahs don't want to campaign with tinibu doings since he became the president? There's nothing to campaign with that's why, they resorted in attacking Obi always. We no know whether na Obi is the cause of insecurity and inflation in the country. |
