I don't think this type of cyst shrink as I have had to drain before any ivf.
Try using furocyst, castor oil massage, shots like Lupron helps too or zoladex.

Will inserting castor oil directly through the vagina help to shrink it? Their is a castor oil brand by NRI called cuminous oil.

Have you seen women who conceived naturally or through IUI after draining the cyst?

There is nothing like community nurse in nigeria.
Its either community midwife (which als means RM) or public health nurse.

If not either of the two, then it will be Chew.

Their is community nursing licenced by NMCN. It's mostly done in northern states in Nigeria. It's not more than two years and graduands graduate with community health nurse certificate. They mostly work in only Local Governments.

I just confirmed from another UK registered nurse right now. She said it's possible to register as a mental health nurse now without a BNsc. All you need to do is to register from your first registration as a mental health nurse without your BNsc. Then write the CBT and OSCE for mental health nurses instead of adult nursing. Yes you can do that with just your RN

I asked a UK registered nurse today and he said I can register and write mental health CBT with just my RN and B.sc Biochemistry. I don't know what to believe again. Bro can you throw more light on this. is their a policy change

If you have BNSc you can go the mental health route path when doing CBT. ie register as Mental health nurse with NMC and do mental health CBT.

Can a person with RN and B.sc Biochemistry register as a mental health nurse and write the CBT?

it depends on the job requirements. I have seen where it was specified in one of the vacancies I came across, not to apply for mental health nursing role, if you have already started your registration as an adult nurse on the NMC website. Just keep fine-tuning the personal statement after going through each job specification for each job advert

I have a certificate that says i attended training in mental health nursing for 1 month in a federal neuro psychiatric hospital in Nigeria here, will such certificate boost one's chances of getting job invites if I always present it?

Is the count 21 × 10^6 or 2.1 × 10^6?.
If it is 21× 10^6, then the count is okay. The volume is too small, it should be up to 1.5mls. once the count is low, every other parameters will be affected. You need motility of about 40% to 45% to be okay. Morphology from 4% upward too.
