I think the little resources Anambra got during Obi's tenure wasn't managed well.Management of resources in a state is not by saving. He might have used the money to provide legacy infrastructures in Anambra state, entering into PPP projects in the state and don't let us forget how he stiffled democracy in the state because no elected local government officials for 7 years plus during his tenure. Anambra is begging for infrastructures. What Nigeria needs now is a good administrator and not a good businessman. ivolt: 1 Like |

Realist12:Those in Lagos state as at 1998 know how ikorodu was.I could remember the road from Ketu to ikorodu as at then was a bad tiny road. Nobody can rule out the contribution of Tinubu, Fashola, Ambode and Sanwo olu in the development of Lagos. All Lagos state governors from 1999 till date has been working as a team.Hence the massive development being witnessed in Lagos. What they don't know is that Mowe in Ogun state in terms of development will soon surpass that of Awka. 2 Likes |

Walllee:Moreover, the Federal Capital territory consists of Lagos Island and terminates at Yaba. I laugh when people think it was the whole of Lagos state that has the capital. Meanwhile, Abuja was developed from scratch by the Federal Govt. whereas the areas that has the capital in Lagos i.e. Lagos Island (excluding Lekki) up to Yaba is developed before citing the capital in Lagos. Note:Lagos is different from Lagos state. 3 Likes |
