I'm a southerner and I'm against the bill. Don't make it about south vs north. The big problem with Nigeria is how we quickly tribalise issues without listening to the other side to know if their concerns are genuine or not.
The north have issues with VAT derivation. At least that seems to be the main thing they are fighting against. A lot of southern govs are also against the bill. So we should listen to all sides and be properly informed by asking the right questions instead of taking a position based on geographical location that does not add anything to you or the conversation.

Can you mention Southern governors that are against the bill?

The bill is good for Nigeria. It's not about North and South.

It's a bill of productivity, it's a bill that will enhance creativity for each state on how to utilize their human and natural resources.
