Na who no get sense dey reason this man. Nigerians are more aware of his desperation for relevance and survival. This sort of guys are the real impediments for national growth and development |
We are talking of how to make politicians stop their madness of defection and a party introduces a policy to discourage it; you are saying dubious. What is dubious, is it the people who defects anyhow or a party that wants to strength loyalty to itself? Sometimes these so-called analysts think they know it all. Pls NDC, tighten the noose wella! |
At the end, nothing will happen! What a country! what a people! #smh |
PBAT e-Rats c an now put their tails between their legs. Nonsensicals! |
Hmm, this remarks raises eyebrows! So up till now you don't know anything about Security Vote? I no believe you! |
The problems and the under elopement of Warri is caused by the Itsekiris; a very small ethnic group which feels they have powerful people and some government connections to intimidate other major tribes, particularly the Urhobos. There is no where in the world especially in a democracy where a minority will force others to have their way instead of a say. They keep distorting history and legal pronouncement by courts of competent jurisdiction just to perpetuate their ethnic agenda. But they have failed and will continue to fail. Itsekiris are no match to any of the Urhobo kingdoms, talk less of taking on the entire Urhobo. They should understand this and know peace |

Which Israeli? This guy is Arabian. Stop the lies |

It is both shocking and deeply disappointing that the very first major assignment before Amiputan has already exposed him as anything but impartial. What should have been a moment to inspire confidence has instead raised troubling questions about bias and credibility. For the first time, we are witnessing an academia, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, stumble so visibly. A man expected to embody legal brilliance now appears startlingly out of depth, struggling to grasp even the foundational laws governing the very commission he presides over. Is this merely an embarrassment, or a calculated charade? What unfolds before us seems less like coincidence and more like a carefully orchestrated script. Many are beginning to see what appears to be a premeditated alliance between the APC and INEC; a quiet but deliberate effort to engineer an unchallenged path for PBAT to stand as the sole presidential contender. But Nigerians are not blind, and they are certainly not powerless. If this is indeed a scheme, it is one that will meet fierce resistance from a people unwilling to watch democracy be reduced to a hollow performance. And beyond the politics lies an even more pressing concern that PBAT himself, a figure weighed down not just by age, but by a long trail of controversies that continue to cast a shadow over his suitability to lead. The stakes have never been higher, and the nation is watching. |
This one with a failing health and other disability challenges! His words are mere rhetoric. The Asari we knew and sympathized with then is not the attention seeking mugu that we now see on social media. He may have money but he has no power and stamina anymore. Take this to the bank |
Itel is the worst phone I have ever used. I was among the early buyers of 'City 100'. Infact that phone can frustrate your life. So when I see the name Itel, I run for my dear life |
This is absurd. What da faaak! So all countries will now be slaves to the US, right? Why do we just fall out, fight to finish and bury this world sef. Cos the US is making the world uncomfortable for every other country. Nonsense!! |
Dotherightthing:Point of correction; Northern muslims |
Let thy hubby apologize to Nigerians for shouting, claiming, fighting and running away with 'Emilokan'. Emilokan is a damned entitlement syndrome |
Summary: Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, has urged Nigerians to move away from an “entitlement mentality” and instead embrace responsibility, integrity, and service to society. She made this appeal while hosting an interfaith Iftar and Lenten gathering for women from different sectors of the country. She noted that the coincidence of the Muslim Ramadan fast and the Christian Lenten season sends a strong message of unity and peaceful coexistence for Nigeria. Despite attempts by some people to create religious divisions, she stressed that Nigerians have historically lived peacefully together regardless of faith. Drawing from her personal experience of nearly 40 years of marriage to President Bola Tinubu, she said mutual respect and maturity have helped them maintain harmony despite religious differences. The First Lady also encouraged women in leadership positions and wives of public officials to play active roles in promoting responsible governance and national development, while mentoring younger generations. At the event, Professor Ganiyat Adejoke Adesina-Uthman of the National Open University of Nigeria highlighted the growing crisis of trust in public office, emphasizing that integrity must remain a non-negotiable value in public service. |
Summary Nigerian Railway Corporation Managing Director Kayode Opeifa says Nigeria’s rail sector is expanding quickly and remains important for economic growth, trade, and job access. Rail transport helps connect farmers, manufacturers, and markets while improving logistics and supply chains. He explained that train derailments are common worldwide and should not be seen as unusual failures. In 2025, Nigeria recorded three major derailments (Kaduna and twice on the **Warri–Itakpe railway line), but the NRC restored services quickly—one within 24 hours and others within weeks. He noted that similar incidents occur globally and Nigeria’s recent cases caused no deaths, unlike some incidents in Spain, Egypt, and the United Kingdom. On corruption allegations, Opeifa declined to comment because related issues are in court but challenged critics to provide proof of mismanagement. He said the NRC is rehabilitating locomotives and expanding services, including increasing trips on the Abuja–Kaduna railway and maintaining operations on the Warri–Itakpe railway. The government’s national railway roadmap aims to connect major Nigerian cities with rail lines. Ongoing or planned projects include: The Lagos–Ibadan railway (part of the Lagos–Kano corridor). The Kano–Maradi railway linking northern cities and neighboring Niger Republic. Connections from Lekki Deep Sea Port to cities like Benin City, Onitsha, and Aba for both passenger and cargo transport. He also said modernization is ongoing, including better signaling systems and new metro projects in Lagos, Kaduna, and Kano, as Nigeria transitions from narrow gauge to more modern standard-gauge rail. Overall: The NRC says Nigeria’s rail network is gradually expanding and modernizing, though progress depends heavily on funding and phased project execution. |
Ofoegbu maintained that the state government is working tirelessly to recover a substantial number of Anambra oil wells currently claimed by Imo, Delta, Rivers, and Enugu States due to boundary issues, which will, in turn, increase the state’s 13 per cent oil derivation from the Federal Government. He revealed that his agency is currently opening a kaolin mining site at Ukpor in Nnewi South Local Government Area, which will also generate significant revenue for the state. |
"Mr Abdullahi added that despite the current administration’s claim of “performing wonders,” Nigerians still live in poverty. Hmmm 🤔 |

Is a nice platform. However, allow current replies to topics to be on top. It will make reading more interesting. A situation in which current responses to issue are taken down is not really the best. My suggestion, anyway |
richmond500:You think so? Well, let time tell |
