Okay let me shed more light on why most cars especially in Nigeria has check engine on.

In more developed countries, they have three types of fuel.

1: premium fuel (which is more expensive)

2: leaded fuel (which our importers import cus its cheaper)

3: unleaded fuel.

Most car manufacturers recommend premium or unleaded fuel to enhance octane level in cars.

Remedy: You can buy Octane booster tablets to assist the unleaded fuel we buy in Nigeria.

But if your really interested, you can come with your mechanic for a scan.

U need to properly check the sway bar (stabiliser lineake) bushings. That’s likely to be the culprit as @ earthrealm pointed out.

I have changed the brain box, Airflow meter, fuel pump.. now the mechanic is saying I should change the injector mouth..
