Loan apps used to be a quick help until last year when the interest rates became high as a result of which their customers drastically reduced.

To remain in business, they created a department where each staff is given 100 numbers to call daily with the target that at least 10 of them must apply for loan by fire by force otherwise the staff will be sacked.

Same goes with loan recovery.

Assembling tricycles is so easy that every tricycle technician can assemble it. Imagine building a factory to do what every shop owner in the industry can do! It doesn't even require any special tools; factory standard tools.

Now the question is:


how will a buyer transport assembled keke from Lagos to owerri? At what cost?

You can never find even an eatery in the East built by the sophisticated ones.

The South West is perhaps the most accommodating and enlightened part of Nigeria. It offers diverse opportunities such as can't be found anywhere in Nigeria.

The guy that built a factory in Lagos is not foolish. He chose to invest where it's safe, secure, and he can get maximum ROI.
