Please I need honest opinions on the above. I won't mind if it makes front page too. |
I have spent 5 years in this apartment and it's due for renewal the end of this month. However, I hope to pack out as my job has taken me to another city and I want my family to join me there. The problem is I don't know if I can sort out my accommodation before the current one lapses. The landlord just took control of the house as it was in the care of an estate agent. In fact, he once told us to renew a month before expiration (last month), which I refused vehemently. I'm therefore very sure he will not want to voluntarily give me some time to move out. What is my legal right before the law? **Please note that I am not owing any bill whatsoever in the period I used there. |
Hmmm! I hope this doesn't attract another round of severe punishments. The irony is that practically no one either in the Senate or even her party is fighting for her. In politics, no matter how bad you are, you need allies who will stand with you in the cold during the rainy days. As it is, they will continue to unleash the whole federal might on her. I only hope this is not the end of her political career |
That's the only thing they know. Tormenting local businesses and individuals to pay taxes, bills and dues which they will later steal. I was going to do massive catfish exportation to Europe two years ago but the rate DHL gave me (N5000 per kilo) was a sure road to loss. The money my partner spent on raising about 5000 pieces of catfish was wasted. Customs too are given increasing revenue targets each year which they meet even in Q3. If export levies and other parameters had been favourable, many Nigerians will be earning foreign currency, especially through mini exportation. But na lie. They just spin out kangaroo policies. cutecommend:Hmmm! You have seen our fellow church people finish. You really know what is happening in Christendom and the world at large. People don't care about pleasing God but in maintaining a good reputation. That is why when a pick pocket is caught, everyone will beat, insult and condemn him, including an armed robber. There are still decent, upright and holy people, though, but only God knows them. |
He should add a fourth one: Yes. If village people first am add No, it will be a life of frustration. |

Freshtruth:Exactly. If the child was in secondary school, he will see it as a big embarrassment. |
Hmmm! He obviously built only his body and not his brain! To have dressed that way to such a setting. Even plaiting hair. I really hope some of the children will not aspire to be like him. |
oluwaseunamos33:Hmmm! You are grossly ignorant. A friend saw the inscription 'Welcome to the land of opportunities' at JFK Airport in New York and said the country is exactly so. It's one of the few places on earth where you can become anything. Him and one other person said what they achieved in the US in 6 years, they can never achieve it in Nigeria in 60 years. He will be going to law school soon, despite his background in Nigeria. And all that is just for staying there. As a USA citizen, you are one of the most precious people on earth. Rights, respect, privileges is global. Many people will still remember the US citizen that was kidnapped between Maiduguri and Chad few years ago and the US military came all the way to rescue him hitch free. Can your country do that for you? Yes, they have their own challenges just like every other place on earth but truth be told, many people who have gone out of Nigeria to a developed and organized country tell of a near-heaven experience. |
ChizzyBuna:He has. His retail outlet is called MRS. |
Just implement good HR practices when the free trade zone picks up. Chinese are slave masters. Those at the Guangdong Free Trade Zone at Igbesa Ogun State are doing two weeks night and two weeks day shifts for peanuts. I can't allow my enemies work for the Chinese. |

Wonderful! When will all these end? |
The explosion of the church in Nigeria is a direct result of hardship and unemployment. That's why the church seems to have no impact on morality. Actually, the moral decline explodes as the numbers of church increases. Yes, they have economic impact and also affect education. Churches abroad are like NGOs but here they are family empires. Our pastors have jettisoned the templates of the Catholic, Anglican and Baptist that brought development and civilization to the South West and South East and have expanded the tenets of pentecostalism. While it's true that the church provides employment to many people in Nigeria, a study titled HR PRACTICES IN FAITH-BASED ORGANIZATIONS IN NIGERIA will expose so much nonsense that will make people give up on religion all together. I am a pastor, lest you rush to misinterprete this. We offer prompt, error-free Yoruba-English subtitle of your videos and films at competitive prices We also translate documents and texts. As a very successful doctor in the US once told me, 'talent is universal but opportunities are not. Leave that country.' So this guy won a national competition of global prominence in about 15 years of leaving Nigeria. What if he was still here? |
Only in a public school o. No private school will approve this. |
Check their passports and immigration status. They often use one passport to come into the country, and also work with tourist visa while overstaying their welcome m |
Sheuns:God bless you for being observant. How many billions of Naira is that? Just for document o. |
donstan18:You are not wise and clearly do not know the story of Joseph in the bible. |
OP if you don't know that 80% of our men will abandon their wives for 4 million Naira, you either don't know Nigerians or the hardship in the land. |
Exactly. It's like a 60 year old man saying he has a bright future. |
Godblessme1:You are making a mistake! Once you are learned, you are learned. Your course of study is irrelevant. Your aptitude as a graduate will empower to learn almost anything. From craft, to digital skills, online business, IT etc. Many Nigerian youths are not working in paid employment. Even the salary earners have switched fields. Nothing can limit you except yourself. Nowadays, you can learn almost anything for free online, even with step by step videos. ALX is teaching skills worth thousands of dollars for free, you chose to spend all your time on IG, yet blaming your course. |
ThaThinka:You are wise! That women are selfish shouldn't make news today. OP if your wife asks the above question, do NOT respond. |
PresidObi:You are a child. Too educated in the white man's ways to know what happens around you. |
That decent-looking church girl that looks like a virgin may be secretly sleeping with an igboo smoker.
