The MTN mPulse Spelling Bee is a spelling competition being organized by MTN Nigeria for students between the ages of 9 and 15 who are on the mPulse tariff plan.

This edition of the Spelling Bee Competition will be done digitally and it will run from October 19th to December 5th 2020. Good day everyone.

Please I have a question. I have received 3 different answers to this question and I am confused as to which is correct.

I have a masters degree (MIT) and BSc.
Do I have to verify the two or just 1 by WES.


I saw somewhere in this thread that the highest degree is what is needed. A friend of mine (same degrees as mine) who is now in Canada said I need to verify both. Another friend said I also need to include WAEC that it now required by WES.

Please i need the correct info to avoid wasting time and money.

1. BANANA

Most people think of carrots when it comes to foods that help improve vision, but studies show that bananas are also very effective when it comes to eye health. Bananas contain vitamin A, which plays a role in protecting eye membranes and providing light to the cornea. Asides from the fact that good quantity of Magnesium relaxes your muscles; there are side effects to eating bananas. Excess banana may trigger sleepiness due to the amount of tryptophan in them, overripened bananas contain amino acids.


2. CARROTS

Carrots won’t improve your visual acuity if you have less than perfect vision already. This is to say that a diet on carrot will only provide you with the beta-carotene nutrients to improve your eyesight but will not correct a biological sight problem. However, once you have enough beta-carotene in your body it often will not convert to vitamin A. The body naturally regulates against excess amounts of vitamin A to prevent accumulation of toxic levels of the substance.


3. ORANGES

It helps repair and regenerate worn-out tissues. Studies suggest supplemental vitamin C may reduce your risk of cataracts and macular degeneration later in life. One glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice contains more than 100 percent of the RDA of vitamin C which has a large amount of flavonoids to support your sight.


4. Grapes

Regular grape consumption may play a role in eye health by protecting the retina from deterioration, a new study has claimed. US researchers found that a grape-enriched diet resulted in a protective effect on retinal structure and function. Grape consumption also protected retinal function in an oxidative stress model of macular degeneration.


5. LEAFY GREEN

Spinach, kale and collard greens are full of lutein and zeaxanthin, plant pigments that can help stem the development of macular degeneration and cataracts. Broccoli, peas and avocados are also good sources of this powerful antioxidant duo.
