MTO or no MTO, FO remains a stock to keep eye on. Those guys are controlling almost 75% of the total share, price manipulations is evident here in some near future. Also, their results arent bad too. Current market price still makes sense. |

OBAGADAFFI: You prophesy is happening . That's what he wants nah. FO issue took that dimension cos the whole arrangement looks like scam afterall and also, the vol doesnt make sense at all. |

owoblow77: @ Paito Vee and Mcy56: I will base my opinion on the document sent in August 2019 to Forte Oil shareholders. In that Mandatory Takeover Offer, it was highlighted that you will be paid when 2 conditions are fulfilled: 1. You complete the form to indicate that you're interested in the transaction. 2. You have not sold those shares when they are being transferred to Ignite Investments. The second point implies that you can still sell your shares after you have indicated interest (by completing the form). In that case, you won't get paid because you don't have the ''goods'' in your ''shop''. I think that your broker will send the forms to you today (to indicate interest), since qualification is today. Otherwise, reach out to them for clarity. Lol @Paito. Thanks for this clarification. I spoke with someone in Morgan too and he wasnt that keen about the whole arrangement, that it looks more like fulfilling all righteousness, that only one person can even give them that 500k without blinking eye. He however forwarded the form to me. When opened, I discovered it was the previous form with no date. I asked and was told Ignite didnt get back to them with new one. For me, nothing like form filling again, afterall I jumped in at lower price xtyday, will wait small for price appreciation. CC: Veecovee |

Agbalowomeri: @Mcy I agree there is reason to be concerned This is a strange one Lol. I was thinking this is a bit different from other offers as well, cos how can you sell and still get paid? Maybe you need to edit some of your posts on it then, before anyone will just go and act on it without asking or letting anybody know. |

veecovee: Yes, it's not there. I called ogochukwu and requested for it. I planed filling it tomorrow, but I don't understand Agba umunwanyi Okay. Could it be that they're sending to only those interested and requested for the form? Will do a follow up call in the morning. You have to fill and submit the form o, it's a criteria. |
