Not speculations, its more of logistics issue (if I get the term right), guess they were able to resolve it and came up around that 2.15.
All in all na game play.....so I believe, maybe for some people to be able to position themselves better or so.

Thus one is technical knock out for morgancapital customers. Since they don't participate in pre-market, them go kukuma wait until everybody done chop belle-full. 1.30pm would have given them a chance.
