Guy from exprience, u gotta pass GT testt, the panel intervie and then one on one interview. If u are successful, u then must have a commulative average of 65percent before u can graduate from about 24course within 4months. Dude, no be beans. Apart from that, if u or ur class cheat during exams, or become highly indciplined, or ur credit presentation which is the koko is bad, they will chase u. Smmarily, if u are looking for a steady job with security, try other place not the banking industry

I concur with the poster. About 4days ago, the bank sacked over 140 of it staff especially those in the beginning stage of their career in abuja. I just don't know anymore. People are rushing in and people are getting fired.

Also, seems the bank is also converting some of it old temporal staff into permanent staff.

I totally agree with you. Seriously, its not even a share I advise you to buy. The production capacity of this firm is almost dead. How do they intend to make profit and pay dividends? I doubt if there are serious jobs in KD that aint taken, the best u can get is the stuff in the post office. It can go as high as 50k. Depends on how u wanna combine them or ur bargaining power.

Within the little time I have spend in the TS, I discovered that GTBank does value integrity issues very well thus, does not invest in certain sphere like public sector very well because of the unholy practice.

Seriously wondering why the whole class was punished but I'm think its not the first time the lady in question has been doing this and possibly, most of the class members knew and failed to report the issue which is the standard practice. Its really painful that after months of hard core training and preparation, someone will just come mess everything up. I advice these guys not to give up. Em should lobby, plead, beg and do what ever it takes just to survive.
