Hello doctors in house. Thanks for all the wonderful work you have been on this thread. My narration below has span over four years. Its started with a pains and strains in the left side of my stomach. Went to a hospital and was send to do an abdominal scan. The result showed that I had infection on my left kidney. After taking the medication I was given, it disappeared for a while and about a year a so, it came back. As usual, I went to the hospital, after the same scan, they said I am fine and was given some antibiotics.
Recently, the strains became unbearable and I went for the scan again and they said I'm still fine. Even when I was being scanned, I still felt the strain and pointed it out to the guy. He said that was the position of my intestine and it looks fine.
As I aam typing this, I'm so confused and don't really know what to do. I begin, I need ur input on this.
NB: I'm kinda of asthmatic which is minimal, also had an history of respiratory track infection and was thinking my strain things could be ulcer. The fact is, I'm tires of going to the hospital and given series of antibiotics and yet, the symptoms still persists.

It depends on the dish size (60cm around 2k5k, 90cm=4k) Decoder (srt 4669xii around 13k, 4669, 4930 and the likes) LNB, Cable and installation fee..but i'd suggest u go for 90cm so u can have a dual LNB for maximum enjoyment, Good luck !

If u have money, say around 10k, u could get an mpeg 4 decoder like srt 4669x or 4669x11, or 4322 and use ur dish to pick multi tv, where u get steady movies, nigerian movies, aljazeera, bbc, music, etc. Ur best bet. Regards.

Since staying alone, I had only been able to afford a strong decoder and a small dish due to the space. I'm tired of watching just the press tv and some funky nollywood movies.I'm thinking of getting a Mytv smart card buh I need a professional advices from the gurus. Can I do sometin better with a small dish especially since I don't have access to star time or Gotv reception my current location (Niger state).
