whatever, call it any name; negotiation, settlement, amnesty, peace meeting e.t.c

the bottom line is, employ all possible means to end & stop these deadly group. the more the government drag legs the more the group get stronger.

a stitch in time saves nine, which the then government failed to do at the initial stage when the group was small & crushable. they were busy pointing fingers at each other saying it was a religious group, it was sectional problem, it was the opposition. attaching all manners of politics to it.

now the group is stronger then before, the government could not hav articulated the situation...

my question to those against Negotiation:
1. if you are one of those living in Borno, Adamawa etc, will u say NO?

2. if you are one of those who does business to & from Borno, Adamawa etc, will u say NO?

3. if negotiation will end d crisis now, which the military couldnt stop for 6yrs, will you say NO?

who thinks that decisions cannot be take except with ministers?
what is special in what d ministers does which d perm sec. cannot do?

see how PMB is scanning through the ministries to understand & acquaint him self with the actual fact of the state of things.
this will give first hand information from a civil servant not a politician as such, authenticity rate of information may be high.
it is a popular saying that " understanding/knowing your problem is half way solved".

They see to the day to day running of the ministries and ARE NOT responsible for policy frameworks. If u don't see anything wrong with them running our economy at the moment, well let's just say that's sad. The fact that our change machine who we all voted for cos he supposedly had all the solutions and supposedly would have swung into action by now is still crawling and feeling his way around. If u don't see something wrong... Hmmm...
