...the result will be 99% of Kenyans living below the poverty line...the measurement on this article was used based on European standard not African...the poverty lines in this article are diveded into 3 categories....if we can follow the commonly known ratings,your article says SA stand on 9.7%...all the3 poverty lines stated on this article are above 1 USA dollar per day..the headline deceived you poor Kenyan..lol..when we talk about poverty lines in an African context,it must be something below 1 dollar per day...it is not the case with your article,European standard...

Most Kenyan tribes violently revolted. The Kalenjin engaged the British in serious warfare for over 10 years under the leadership of Koitalel Arap Samoei. The British took off his head to Britain when they finally killed him after tricking him into a truce.

It is the longest resistance the British ever faced outside Europe. It took place in present-day Kenya between 1890 and 1906. It involved members of the Kalenjin ethnic group, mainly from the Nandi.

For the record unlike the South African Rainbow nation mistake that you have to now pay for, our first president was smart when the ex-colonialists asked him what he'd do with the white settlers. This is the answer he gave

Meaning, you have to submit to the new government, and your separate developement (yes apartheid was not unique to South Africa,) ceases to exist. Most left after that day. The new government then bought back the land stolen by whites from the British govt and organised Kenyan into land buying companies and set the rest of it aside for Agricultural schemes, settling locals to farm it.

When we took over in 1963, all our professionals were white. Any post with the word head or manager was white. Now, they have been successfully replaced. We do not consider them anything more than tourists who have a rightful home in Britain.

The delusional ideal of racial harmony is being used to keep you subdued. Even God deals with tribes as a unit of organisation. The SA Portuguese have their own land and destiny. In Europe.
