Blackman101: 1. if you make permanent secretory is for life 2. if you take insurance annuity is for life How many civil servants climbs to the ladder of perm sec? And how many people will have the money for insurance premium... Haba na... Let's be realistic |
Career › Re: I Am Finally Resigning From My Government Work After Ten Years by Medianna(f): 3:40pm On Jul 06 |
Blackman101: You know yourself more than anybody on the forum;
Make sure;
1. That you have business working for you before existing the system 2. That you have cash reserved to be afloat, while the business take-off 3. You have a wife earning a stable salary that you can depend on while the business grows 4. You have a reasonable cash in you RSA account just in case 5. A good health insurance plan
what you may lose
1. Level 13 officer is 4 step away from director and can become a Permanent Secretary with age on your side and earn big pension for life 2. Government job has security and salary/allowance that is reviewed base on change in economic condition 3. Pension for the rest of your life even when you are on a wheel chair 4. Reasonable health benefits too
Take a calculated risk is all i have to say Pension is not for life. Pension money finishes within the number of years he/she estimates it with the pension fund.. although the number of years is at the beneficiary's liberty |

As a Golden rule my Bro Pablo taught me was that love with your brain. Don't stress yourself to prove anything to any Babe. Buy Gifts for her that won't even put a dent in your pocket. Do things for her that are inconsequential. Wether you’re doing things inconsequentially or not.. The bottom like is that you’re still spending.. by the time you count all the inconsequential and unconscious spendings altogether, it amounts to something. So what your point? |

babakb: We're still saying the same thing
The Instructor is a Junior here, he has to obtain his BSc before he levels up, why won't I urge the youth to go for BSc directly? Let's stop taking the back seat please, HND stagnates people career and we all know it,
The essence of this thread is not to dehumanize HND graduates, but to push them to Obtain their BSc and stop wasting time. Damn,,,, you can argue.. I give up.. and yes we should avoid HND.🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ |

babakb: We're saying the same thing: Instructor, Technologists, Etc are below Lecturer Cadre. My question is? If the Polytechnics that train HND graduates can't employ HND graduates as Lecturers why then are people blabbing about discrimination, Polytechnics discriminate against their products so I'm not surprised if other sectors do the same😎😎😎
People should avoid Polytechnics, period. No… anything a lecturer does an instructor does it too… from teaching, publishing papers, invigilation, supervision just name it.,, the difference is from office position, so why should a polytechnic graduate not breath? Please calm down |
Education › Re: ND No Degree: HND Has No Degree: PGD Please Get A Degree by Medianna(f): 6:56pm On Nov 28, 2025 |
babakb: They don't, HND graduates are not employed as full time lecturers in Polytechnics, go and verify. I have asked lecturers working in Polytechnics and they verified it, I have read More that 10 Polytechnic recruitment announcements and None of them are employing HND graduates as Graduate Assistants or Assistant Lecturers. Wow.. Anyway I don’t know where and where you went and verified but from what I know.. In a poly setting Bsc. Is Assistant lecturers at entry level while HND are Graduate Assistant. Then subsequently HND gets the portfolio of instructors and BSc Lecturers but they are all academic staff. Btw I don’t need to verify it But I’m glad you went further because the discriminations are real. |

Abdulmsaidu: I will not argue about this search result you posted bro because that won't change ur already made decision. I am part of the project precisely in Minna, Niger State. Head office of the organization here in Nigeria is located at Abuja and main headquarters is located in the Phillipines. I've benefitted and still benefitting from the financial leverage system and wellness products stated up 👆 there, from the project. Even as I type this, na the Diamond project office I dey like this for Minna. No state for Nigeria wey no get office of the organization. As for me, I no want my retirement be like the way retirees now dey live their life like all their 35years of service was a total waste of their productive years. I have decided to earn not only ACTIVE INCOME BUT ALSO LEVERAGE INCOME AND EVENTUALLY RESIDUAL INCOME. Depend only on ACTIVE INCOME? You are setting yourself up for a life of regret and how sure are you your kids then will not be concerned only about their immediate family: wife and children. It is all up to you. I have decided to build a financial leverage system for myself through this project.
NB: NADINGO, let me draw your attention to something in your search result: POTENTIAL SCAM doesn't mean it is confirmed to be A SCAM. You need to take a look to find out for yourself. It did not outrightly say it is a SCAM. I JUST HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WORD "POTENTIAL"
POTENTIAL CRIMINAL doesn't mean the person being referred to, is a criminal; likewise POTENTIAL HUSBAND, na another person fit turn out as the husband last last I’m amazed. You still Dey talk? |

Shegzdave: 1. There are no exemptions
2.You can register under any ICAN Centre that registers and not under an alumni or you can do it yourself(DIY)
3. The choice is yours..you can get handouts to read but since you have little or no knowledge about account, why not enroll for offline classes?
4. You can rewrite it as many times but I read a clause that you have to pass all the exams(foundation, skills and professional) from the date you registered till five years after
I hope this helps I think five year rule is for professional level only |

I'm a victim of UniAbuja wahala, Im not saying rubbish. You should ask me my reasons before you begin to dey yarn dust or attack me.
Do you know what it means for engineering students getting to 400L only for them to be told they're not accredited and they have to divert them to other courses? You know how the medical student suffered? No be backwardness be that? UniIlorin or FUT go do there students like that? That was quite a long time (the engineering accreditation issue) about 10 years or more so I don’t see any reason why you’ll say it’s a backward.. |
