There is always this footsteps some of us hear at 'ungodly' hours of the walking in the room at night. But you'll never see anyone.
Funny thing is when you make a reasonable move like getting up to go and pee, the noise ceases.
I can't pack my loads and come back home to tell my people its because of 'madam koskos' that I'm leaving the school na. Even some students don't believe it. It is people outside the school that will believe it!
I got to know that the sound is almost at every govt secondary school boarding house,girls hostel, by ss3 so it became something normal whenever i wake up. I move like i did not hear any sound.
What i don't know will not know me in this life o.

I remember my 1st year in school when some fellowship guys came to create awareness on Cultism, this was exactly the same thing they did that got many people injured while some even fainted.
A guy came running from the back with something that looked like blood all over his body and a makeup that looked like his head was broken. Three guys chased after him from different directions. One with an axe, one with broken bottle and the other with a toy gun that looked so real.
The stampede was terrible and the exit doors were not wide. Apart from the injury I sustained, my new trouser turned to skirt.
I think it got to the school authority because they never tried such again after apologizing.
