Health / World Prematurity Day : Nov 17 by MediaNurse: 11:00am On Nov 19, 2022
A typical pregnancy lasts about 40 weeks, yet some babies arrive sooner. A premature birth is a birth that takes place before the 37th week of pregnancy.

While some premature babies have serious medical complications or long-term health problems, many also go on to live normal healthy lives. With modern medicine and new technologies, babies are often able to survive when born earlier during the pregnancy. The dedicated staff in hospital neonatal intensive care units (NICU) and advancements in neonatal care have also improved outcomes.

These advancements include:
family integrated care programs
nutrition management
skin-to-skin contact with premature babies
efforts to reduce the number of infections in premature babies

JustStupidity:
Madam we know your problem.

Just go and settle yourself with Love Machine and allow us to rest, please.

What do you know about intimacy education.
The problem with people is that their mentality is very poor. How I wish everyone thinks like me.

Madam whether you like it or not, S_ex has come to stay and that's our right and inheritance from our fore fathers, so you won't deny us our right.

No time, let me even go and fvck οΏ½

Did you even read the post at all?

Health / Let's Shed Light On Contraception by MediaNurse: 8:28pm On Feb 27, 2022
Contraception is basically the intentional prevention of conception through the use of various devices, sexual practices, chemicals, drugs, or surgical procedures. Therefore, any device or act whose purpose is to prevent a woman from becoming pregnant can be considered as a contraceptive. The general purpose of an effective contraception is to allow a couple to enjoy a physical relationship without fear of unwanted pregnancies and also allows freedom to have children when desired with minimum cost and side effects although some barrier methods, like male and female condoms provides double advantage of preventing sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

Health / All About Your Period. by MediaNurse: 11:44am On Feb 26, 2022
Hey there, Do you have an idea when your last menstrual period started or when how long it usually takes? If not, you might want to crash in on this info.

Taking note of your menstrual cycles can help you know what's normal for your body, your time of ovulation and identify important changes β€” such as a missed period (trouble or nah) or unpredictable menstrual bleeding (definitely trouble!). While menstrual cycle irregularities usually aren't serious, sometimes they can point towards health problems."

What's the menstrual cycle?

The menstrual cycle is the monthly sequence of changes a woman's body undergoes while anticipating pregnancy, yes, believe it or not, your body believes you'd get pregnant once a month... lol. Each month, one of the ovaries releases an egg β€” a process called ovulation. At the same time, hormonal changes prepare the uterus for pregnancy. If ovulation takes place and the egg isn't fertilized, the walls of the uterus sloughs off through the vagina. This is what you can period! QED innit?!

The menstrual cycle, which is marked from the first day of one period to the first day of the next, is however not the same for every woman. Menstrual flow might occur every 21 to 35 days and last two to seven days. For the first few years after menstruation begins, long cycles are common. However, menstrual cycles tend to shorten and become more regular as you age (see? Getting old is not as bad as you think).
