This is the same question Nicodemus asked our Lord Jesus when the subject of born again was first mentioned.

It is not a physical rebirth. It is a spiritual rebirth. It is God giving you a brand new spirit the very moment you accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour.

The subject is so detailed that I have a book on it.

It involves two steps.

Step 1. Believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again from the dead.
Step 2. Confess what you believe with your mouth and declare that Jesus is the Lord of your life.

The basis of this steps is Romans 10:9-10 which reads:

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

To be saved and to be born again means the same thing.

Where is the proof that Jesus died for people's sin?

Since all mankind are by birth subject to the devil, they will end up there unless they are born again.

How can someone be bornagain? Can he or she enter the womb and be birthed you for the second time.

2. Attempting to criminally break into the senate with two intruders, one of whom wants Nigerian to burn over the loss of elections by her principal and her refusal to account for how she spent diaspora funds.

Extend the suspension for 9 momths and ask her to hire a tutor to teach her properly how to interpret a court judgement and properly understand the rules of the senate.
