To me, it depends on d kind of ulcer...I av gastric ulcer nd when I wz in NYSC camp almost collapse one nite. I was asked to avoid any food that contains milk. I wz given d normal drugs omeprazole,flagyl,gascol,amoxicilin,cimetidine etc. B4 d ulcer attack I wz really taking a lot of milk, I tk milk evry morning b4 parade nd b4 bed @ nite.I also eat moi-moi in d afternoon. After d attack I stopd taking milk nd milk products nd opted 4 pepperish food nd it really helpd me. Like I said b4 d type of ulcer determines d food dat will trigger it
