jamze: I think The questions varied according to centre, I was shocked wen I interacted with someone who wrote at Bwari main jamb office, and his questions was very different from mine who wrote at kogo2 bwari. Funny part was, his questions wasn't even about military affairs instead it was paramilitary and some other stuffs.
But, I my exams, I saw alot of questions from the past question shared on this forum. You are right, I had the same experience |

SFCommander2: Something is set to happen from 12am tomorrow. Both RRI and DSSC/SSC will be released together. RRI screening to kick-off by Monday, so I was told, from a reliable source. RRI screening is scheduled to kick off on 8th of next month, their list will be released on the 2nd of next month. If anything at all is coming out by 12am tomorrow like you suggested/mentioned, the slightest chance is for it to be SSC/DSSC list, it is definitely not going to be RRI list. |

sikowitz17: Information like this go Dey and na blog go first carry am! SMH Oh so some blog house shared the news too, well that's an addition. The actual news was not from a blog post and the news was published from two different media Houses. Another thing I don't understand is why you were being defensive when it was tagged as news intel. That similar number of shortlisted candidates as reported in the news is identical to what is obtainable in the past does not mean that the news isn't new. So what exactly is the thing with the news intel that you are discrediting. |

SFCommander2: Oga sir, what's cooking and when will it be done? Talk to us. RRI screening will commence on 8th Dec inShaa Allah, even though there application ended about 2 weeks ago. I still do not understand why DSSC screening took this long but I believe something is cooking in the background, and it might likely commence simultaneously with the RRI schedule. We should also expect DSSC/SSC list on or before 2nd Dec. While RRI will head to their state of origin for screening, SSC and DSSC will head to KD and IB respectively. May we all be among the successful ones. Victory is from God alone

Info reaching me is that all arrangement have been made for RRI intakee screening to likely commence tomorrow inShaa Allah. Funny thing is that their shortlisted list is not even out, which only means that it might be out midnight. But what I am not sure about is whether DSSC list will be out simultaneously with it as it was already due to have been released yesterday.
Either way, we remain optimistic for a favourable list whenever it is finally released. |

Some referees are so strict that anything not specifically stated on the forms given to them to sign such as the case of Passport photographs will not be given by them. As a matter of fact, arguing with them that they should please provide their passport may warrant into something else with them.
And I also feel that if the passports of the referees are that necessary, the NA will have stated it out on the forms. |

And for the record, The screening list should be out by tomorrow against next tomorrow InShaa Allah. The Officer in my test Centre still re-emphasised that the screening will commence on 28th of this month. There should be a week notice to successful applicants before the screening will commence on the 28th. |

heryoub22: But it can be overlooked. Have seen that. They will ask you to come with it if you made the final list that's when it's compulsory Overlooked ke! Those forms is required to make or mar the chances of getting through to the final list. How else will they ascertain that you are who you claim you are without getting your forms filled and signed by the appropriate authorities. |

Mayo4real12345: can I still go for the screening without taking my form along...I was thinking since it's not the final list....cause am in calabar right now I have to travel down to osun state to my local government to fill the form There will be at least 7days notice from the date of publication of the screening list and the screening starting date, if you made the list which I pray we will all make, then you can prioritise going to Osun to get your forms signed up and then you can probably head to Ibadan from Osun, it is even closer. Doing that will help you preserve the resources that you have rather than just going to Osun to get the forms signed without you seeing the list first. |

I personally hope that the list will be out tomorrow, I want us to round up the screening so that we can focus on other things (it will not be cool if Army and Navy Screening exercise clashes) pending when the final list will be released. |

SYZZ: The list normally comes out after two to three weeks of writing the exam for medical and certificate screening at Ojo barracks Lagos then another in December for interview at Port Harcourt. Training is from January to September then POP. What do you mean by another interview In December in Port Harcourt, won't the interview be concluded following the medicals and certificate screening at Ojo barracks in Lagos? To the best of my knowledge, I think that's is how it is done. The only thing with Port Harcourt is that, it is where one of their training school is at onne and if you made the final list, that's is where you will be reporting to for training. |

This is thoughtful of you. Shinfaks: Good evening.
On the issue of different candidates having same number, I think there are other details you can use to confirm that you are actually the one shortlisted.
1) your name 2) your local government of origin 3) your selected exam centre (state)
If the above corresponds with your identity, and the registration number is same with yours, then you are certainly the shortlisted candidate.
On the other hand, if your registration number appears with some ones details, you can easily deduce that that application number was re-allocated to a different person and he is the shortlisted candidate. |

My friends didn't made the list
What is surprising is that Army shortlisted 11,879 people and it is way more than what Navy shortlisted(8,200 plus) even though Navy had more applicants of about 80,000 plus, Army had 40,000 plus applications.
I think army tried with the number of shortlisted candidate for the test, but yet I was surprised to have not seen any of my friends made the list (three of them). |
