l have being a silent follower of this forum, and it has being so helpful to me in the course of applying and getting my documents for final submission, l have being admitted for PG at fanshawe college, because of the time limit l have now, as am going for Jan 2014 so l want to submit online to make it faster, I have completed the uploading of all the required documents as specified for me in the checklist code. But just for me to transmit and pay after entering the card details it says transaction not complete and there is enough money in the mastercard l used it is my anty own. she always load the card with dollars so she have enough balance there. please what should i do? i have enterd it for more than 10 times it is still saying the same thing.I used Unity Bank and UBA Mastercard the response has being the same.
