Jonathan made a very serious political blunder by not sacking Prof Attahiru Jega atleast 2 years ago and appointing in his place an Igbo man as the Inec Chairman just like Gen Obasanjo did when he appointed Prof Maurice Iwu as INEC chairman.

Jonathan have always succumbed to external pressure everytime he is maliciously accused of playing an Igbo agenda, he succumbed to pressure and sacked General Ihejirika, He sacked Festus Odumegwu, He sacked the Aviation woman Stella Odua and even Ngozi Okonjo Iwela was accused of playing an Igbo agenda .
He simply forgot that no amount of appeasing can ever make the Northerners love him he will always be stoned at the least opportunity. Even his fellow Niger Deltans are divided in their support for him the Igbos are Jonathans only true comrade and ally in Nigeria.


If Jega rigged this forthcoming election in favour of His brother Buhari and the APC then Mr President will have himself alone to blame . If an Igboman is the Inec chairman today this election would have been a walk-over for the PDP .

Reports coming from Kaduna, indicates that the All Progressives
Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate in the state Nasir El-
Rufai was this morning attacked by Nigerian soldiers.
According to tweets from public relations consultant Muyiwa
Adekeye attack happened at Ali Akilu Road/ Rabah Road junction. Soldiers this morning attacked @elrufai at the junction of
Ahmadu Bello Way & Rabah Road in Kaduna, seizing a gun from
his police guards.

Adekeye said further: “Senior army officers intervened and defused
the situation.
“The incident was witnessed by a crowd who are now following El-
Rufai as he makes his way to Kawo.
“The seized police gun was returned to the ASP leading the police

“ Totally undue flexing of muscles by soldiers this morning. Kudos to
the people of Kaduna who surrounded and accompanied El-Rufai up
to Kawo,” he added. Lagos State Police yesterday, February 5 th, confirmed one death in a

RIVERS State Sports Commissioner, Fred Igwe, has said that the Adokie Amiesimaka Stadium Port Harcourt is a class above the Akwa Ibom International Stadium, adding that there is no basis for comparison.

Replying the criticism of the Adokie Amiesimaka Stadium by Vice President Namadi Sambo, who said the Port Harcourt complex, especially the pillars, has structural defects, Igwe said the stadium conforms to world-class multisport complex standards.

Sambo had at the Peoples Democratic Presidential Campaign Rally in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State criticized the structural features at the Rivers State government-owned Adokie Amiesimaka Stadium.

Igwe also slammed Sambo for drawing comparison between the Adokie Amiesimaka Stadium and the Akwa Ibom International Stadium, Uyo. Saying that the 40,000 capacity sports complex is 90 per cent completed, and will be totally completed before the end of the current administration in Rivers State.

He accused Sambo of lacking the moral justification to criticise any sports project, given that when he was the governor of Kaduna State, he neither built any stadium nor improved on the facilities at Ahmadu Bello Stadium and Ranchers Bees Stadium, Kaduna.

He described the two stadia in Kaduna as grossly substandard and even least qualified to host Nigeria Premier League matches
