Negro1: Top of the day to you all. My name is David, and I'll like to use this medium to reach out to potential investors.
I have been searching for a business to go into, but recently a friend of my uncle was discussing with us about his intention to sell a property which he used as a club and restaurant some while back. The reason he wants to sell is to invest in an ongoing hotel project in Victoria Island. I spoke to him and he said if my brother (not my uncle) and I can raise a certain amount of money, he will sell the property to us at a discount, considering that we are close acquaintances.
The property is completed, and can begin operation as soon as possible.
The amount he is asking for is N45 million, he placed it on the market at N50 million. The said property is in Ajah,in the midst of high-end estates, LBS and some other key places.
Right now, we have raised an amount of money which we used to buy some of the things there such as AC and Co. We are also in the process of registering a company to operate the business. We intend to operate a club and restaurant on the property, with the intention of setting up a lounge. We both have experience in organising social events and parties when we were in school, my brother also has experience, he has previously helped with the management of a club in Ibadan.
We have approached some banks for loan, but none is willing to give us a loan, even their processing fee is on the high side.
We need N60 million.
- N45 million to purchase the property.
- N15 million to get the necessaries to begin operation, and to refurbish the place.
Note the place is in top condition, but in order to attract patrons, we need to put it in a top notch level, because it is in a high end area.
The environment is very favourable, there is only top club in the area, there are lots of high-end estates around, there is a park where expatriates and high net worth individuals come to. If we can put it in a world-class shape, we'll be able to pull in quality crowd.
I know I'm not likely to meet someone with the money needed on Nairaland, but I'm hoping I may be pointed in the right direction.
If there are people with funds in the range of 3, 4, 5 + million, we can pool it together and kick start.
For potential investors, I can't promise a magical return of 100% ROI in 6 months. I need people that are willing to wait for about 12/18-24 months. The investment can be paid back monthly or at the end of the investment cycle.
If you will like to check out the place, I can arrange for us to go there.
I did not post pictures because the owner does not want scammers using it to sell his property, this is from past experience, where one fueling station was almost sold by scammers. But I can assure you that this is legit and the property is in top condition.
We can set up a meeting to check out our business plan, proposal and marketing strategy.
You can ask your questions here or send me a PM. Or reach me on Negroone95@gmail.com
Mods please help my ministry. Front page can help an aspiring entrepreneur.
Thanks. Sincerely speaking, this Biz is only good when there is so much money in circulation in the country. There is actually high inflation right now and anything outside production may not be good advice bro |

amisyfoodequip: Main machines for 20T/D sunflower oil production line There are mainly there processing steps in sunflower oil production: Pre-cook ---- Extract -- Refine.
1. Sunflower seed roasting machine In hot press oil production, it’s necessary to pre-heat sunflower seed for high oil extraction rate. Shelled sunflower seeds have special nuts aromatic smell after roasted. Hot pressed sunflower oil are easy to store and full of original nut flavor. 2. Sunflower seeds automatic oil press Adopting mechanical pressing methods, sunflower seeds are pressed in fully squeezing action. Without any chemical solvent, pressed sunflower oil has kept original nuts flavor. 3. 8T/D Sunflower oil refining plant As the oil extraction rate is lower than peanut, the capacity of refining machines will differ too. To 20t raw sunflower seeds, a 8T/D oil refining plant is enough. Sunflower oil processed by automatic oil press are crude oil filled with pectin(protein, phospholipid) and free fatty acid. Only processed by refining machines can sunflower oil have best taste.

Investment › Re: Business Start Up In Canada by megaik: 9:08am On Jun 13, 2016 |
myike2: Please nairalanders, I need your honest input on this: I reside in Canada and I'm tired of the regular white collar job. I have been thinking of what business to venture into, and decided to start up an African store here, which would mean regularly importing African/Nigerian food to Canada. There's ONLY ONE African store in my city, and the owner - a lady - obviously makes good money every month. So I thought this would be very profitable for me since there isn't any competition yet in the business. I'm almost in the process of securing a loan to start up, but I need someone in Nigeria who can come up with a substantially detailed business proposal and risk assessment in terms of getting the food items at a cheap price, getting the necessary export documents, exporting them, etc...while I do my own findings here in terms of clearing the food stuff from the boarder agency, location, staffing, etc. Please if you have any idea or a better one on this, please share. The problem is Exporting....I have loads of African products to export for Nigerians in Diaspora to buy and use but i have not seen good ways to export them. Besides the cost/tax of exporting has become very high now. But atleast you idea is good market. |
Politics › Re: Tompolo Still Hiding In Delta Creeks by megaik: 9:09am On Jun 12, 2016 |
TPAND: TOMPOLO is way too rich to be hiding in the creeks. This report is fake. This is conjured by insular minds that have not travelled out of the southwest. They don't hide in creeks.
Many south western persons don't even have an imaginary picture of what a creek looks like, if you know, then you will agree to what am saying.
Tompolo has a private jet, has a private island, has investments in 5 countries. He made well over $2.5billion from legal contracts awarded to him by NIMASA. You think with all this, creek is where he will choose to live. Sambisa forest is bigger than the creeks. One area surveillance will bring out hide outs of the militants. Have u been to the Creek before? |

You are never the owner of Nigeria. You are rooted... But we can help ask him to do all these he refused to listen to. You are really rooted... We dont need to politicize good points you have made. His major problem was the Percieved Fight against corruption which distabilized his integrity with both local and foreign investors. Also His slow motion to make decisions....
You Highlighted all points so well. But we are still the owners of Nigeria....Please proffer good and quick solutions that can remedy these problems....That way, we will move forward. |

YOLO1: Good day guys. My mum just collected her gratitude after 35 years in civil service and she has been looking for ways to spend it on me as the last born. Her initial plan was for me to go abroad for my M.Sc since I finished with a good grade in school but I refused cos I am of the business-minded type and also getting a M.Sc is not a criteria for getting a good job in Nigeria. An idea just struck my mind when I went to refill gas for her at a retail outlet about investing in LPG plant. A major reason why am also considering this Idea is the fact that we have a parcel of land on a major road which I consider a strategic location for the business. I would like experts / investors / and experienced people in this field to please enlighten me more on what it takes to start up the business, how to go about it and most importantly how profitable it is. As I won't want to waste my mum's money as I have even promised myself to repay her on a monthly basis as soon as I start. Thanks as you contribute Collect the money make we chop joor....Atleast flex some nice sweet calabar girls, visit some cool places and come back broke...i dey joke oo Why dont you invest in online ecommerce web management? Nigeria is yet to harness loads of benefits inside. Infact we have not made a step yet with plenty of opportunities inside. I am currently paying for an ecommerce web development hitting your way soonest.....Its just real. |
