My clues are Wale - 1. Would be slow to brag about turnaround, 2. $ cashflows - If OandO was bent on buyout. Plus for real some shareholders are too pained with leadership of the company and want to exit their perceived nightmares. Wale talked about how they settled on fat one in the last AGM.
