I wish Nigeria society in general would place very little emphasis on Paper qualifications. I think with that, maybe, just may be the genius in all of us will come alive. then you will see that there are no dull minds anywhere.what we have are just sleepng minds that needs waking up, Take peace!!! |

Asian students are one of the finest when it comes to knowledge but a lot of people dont know that.please don't try mess with them when it comes to academics they seems to know it all. you dont contest that my dear.the poster sure did a very nice work by posting this thread. we Nigerians and perhaps africans are usually inclined to think of the US and some others UNI'S in europe if going to Abroad comes to mind and not considering asian universities as an option.
well, methink ignorance is often the snag here. so when one doesn't know they simply doesn't know.thats it I guess, |

Adverts › Re: The Hidden Truth About Making Big Bucks From Adsense! by mekk(m): 4:48pm On Jul 08, 2008 |
ommc: Hey guys,
Thousands of webmasters are making a decent and steady adsense revenue without selling anything from their websites. They just place a code on their webpages and they do nothing else than getting traffic to their sites.
You will find a small majority of them living exclusively from their adsense revenue. It is possible to earn a nice and steady income with adsense, but a lot of people are struggling to make their first $100.
Worst, many of them can't make one dollar a day! And it is not because they didn't try. They tried, they visited Internet marketing and adsense forums in order to find adsense tips and strategies, they carefully read Google adsense blog everyday, but still, they didn't make that dollar.
After two or three months of deception and failure, they decide that adsense is not worth it, and some of them will even remove the ads from their site.
Why a small percentage of those webmasters earn a nice revenue from their ads? There is something that nobody tell you in the beginning, but after some researches, I found that you will not be able to make a real and significant adsense revenue with one website or one blog.
The more blogs and websites you own, the more money you make. It's easy to understand, because if you own 10 websites and each of them get one hundred visitors a day, it represent one thousand visitors.
Now, imagine that you have one hundreds websites, and one hundreds visitors to each website everyday. You start to see the picture? A lot of people don't know this little secret, and that is why they don't succeed with adsense, and finally give up.
Now you have ten thousand visitors to your websites every single day! This is a lot of potential clicks on your ads. You must not forget that your goal is to get the most clicks possible on your ads, and for that you need a lot of traffic, and a lot of websites.
It seems impossible that you can build several websites in a month, and regularly update them with useful and fresh content rich articles. Nobody want to spend all the day in front of his computer, and that's why your best decision will be to outsource the work. It can really add up in the long term, and cost you a lot of money.
You need to update those blogs and websites too, because search engines love fresh content; and the more content you add, the more pages will be indexed, and that means more traffic, and more adsense revenue in your bank account.
It can be overwhelming to update all those sites, and write articles for each of them, because there is only twenty four hours in a day. You have to use private label right articles for that technique to be effective.
Happily, there is numerous adsense membership websites that will make all the work for you, and enable you to increase your adsense revenue without trading your valuable time against money.
You will get several new adsense templates every month, new private label right articles, and a training from super adsense earner, to help you on your way to adsense rich.
The secret of making money with adsense is to leverage other people work. You don't need to work harder, but smarter.
Comments will be appreciated! your Idea was smart, simple and straight to the point.I'm still new with this blogging of a thing. Just last week,I embeded the google adsense stuffs and I have to be honest with you i dont even know how it works. All these seems ambigious to me. If you don't mind,it will be helpful if you have one or two things to say to me on this, |

skyone: Fellow Nigerians the problem is not education or civilisation, it is simply not having basic moral principles and grand perception on having an uncomparable positive human feelings. Education and civilisation worsened issues in Nigerian's case if i may say.
I've heard some Nigerians calling their parents by their names, now is that civilisation or madness. More also some people can't wait to graduate to start stealing from the government; isn't it wrong to do so?
I've always implied that our problem is basically the following. (i) Greediness (ii) Pride (iii) Lack of true love.
Unless we dealt with these issues in the society problem will continue to abound. well said dude! Greediness tops them all, My heart bleeds for this nation, take peace!!!! |

The difference between UI and Ife graduates is : Ife graduates blow their trumpets while UI graduates allow others to blow it.
I remember when we did Fidelity bank's test some years ago, out of 80 people called for the interview, 65 were from UI. This made grads of other schools protest. "Haba, why UI grads na, this is unfair". The Fidelity bank's official responded this way "Ladies and gentlemen, this is unprecendented. I personally don't like this but hey! these guys are the best and we need the best"
Trust UI guys, we were just smiling, you guys aint seen nothing yet! UI this, IFE that, jeeez!!! will you guys stop all these noise making? all these bluffing wasn't the original purpose of this thread. besides,y'all should bury your heads in shame cos a University in conflict-ridden sudan ranks higher than all the Universities in this country rather bluff on the cyberspace, there is nothing to cheer about as it concerns universities in this country, Take peace!!! |

ofurufu: Good you are honest. But I guess you are not living in Nigeria, because by picking none, the implication is that it's either you will rather not go to University at all or in other country because the poser was premised on the assumption that those were the 3 universities in Nigeria. It appears you didn't get the the poser right.
By the way,I also agree that Nigerian universities have not been faring well on webometric World/Continental ranking. But that is not the issue in this thread. You've guessed wrongly cos mekk abides here with you in naija. I got every detail of the thread.what I just did was air my opinion,ok? gabrywyl: Women's strenght are always a fact to be weaker than the men. But however, the men were actually weak in another sense that they have the weknesses to refrain from sex in a long period of time while the female could stand not having sex for a long time. And also women were considered stronger at one sense cause they could do child labour.
There was one very strong huge guy whom have a very small thin girlfriend. Every guy in school would be afraid of this guy because he bullies people but what made him weak is that when he is with his girlfriend, he possibly could not hurt a fly. If his girlfriend slaps him on the face, he wont hit her back but to other people he would and would strangle them for all he cares but never lay a hand on his girlfriend.
Why's that? You may have missed the content of this thread.perhaps you re-read again. Don't think this thread is about physical or emotional strength, Take peace!!! |

It will be preposterous for anyone to think that 100%(0r even 50% ) gender equality will ever be feasible. Am sure you'll all agree with me that God never designed it that way. Women were originally designed by God to take the subservient role,a helper according to the Bible. All these clamor for gender equality is basically due to civilization, Like every other thing, its only normal to see from time to time women who are exception to these laws of God, Take peace!!! am out of here. |

Hmmmmm, Nigeria without oil.we would have been better off. the reason is not far-fetched. I want to use the analogy of a rich man's son. What happens is, take for instance if one has a Rich Dad(I mean very rich).the tendency is invariably, the child tend not to do more to help him/herself.simply because most things seems to be at his/her beck and call. so,Nigeria is so backward because she has favored so much by our heavenly Father, that is just the drift. You get? |
@poster Nigeria - Oil = Crisis free Niger Delta Nigeria - Oil = A thriving agrarian nation. Buoyant groundnut pyramids, Cocoa plantations, Palm oil plantations and others. Nigeria - Oil = Food crisis insured! Oil, in fact seems to be the bane of the Nigerian nation. Every one, starting from our dear corrupt leaders to greedy multinationals that explore and exploit the oil wells are all drooling over Nigeria because of, oil. Like someone said, necessity is the mother of invention. Our lives would have been much better without oil and we would have found other stuff to rely on. It is parochial and narrow-minded to say that Nigeria would be doomed without oil. How many people in Nigeria are are truly truly benefiting from oil and the present windfall?
Absolutely correct, very well spoken |
